  1. Moved - not really a "for sale" thread.
  2. Couldn't be less interested.
  3. Ok it's a rule but is it ever enforced, we either stick to it or bin it IMO. We have a discretion to allow if we believe it is in the interests of the members. Cars for sale usually are. I can assure that we don't simply ignore it and for sale posts are regularly removed.
  4. Nice car at a nice price but that's a V2 Nismo front. Good luck with the sale.
  5. You know that the right thing to do is to have new tyres all round. You may find the the stability control doesn't like fresh fronts and worn rears of a different make.

  7. I'm a bit unimpressed by the styling. The M250 was a far better looking beast.

  10. Disaster - my little boy's hurt himself! Actually, according to the vet that's a pretty mild description. He's actually ruptured his cruciate and is hobbling round on 3 legs. Vet has prescribed some painkillers and complete rest for 3 months! I've no idea how I can keep him amused yet fairly still for 3 months. I scared he's going to get really depressed as his walks were the highlight of the day. I can't play any of his favourite games with him - tug of war, chase etc - as they're too active. Also, I can't let him climb the stairs or jump on and off anything. He's back to the vet on Monday and I'm going to discuss hydrotherapy as there's a place on the Wirral that does it. Any other ideas of non-active games I can try with him would be appreciated. So far I've only got Kong and maybe a limited game of hide the treat....

  18. Nice car, Dan, but the missus won't go for an auto. Looking at an 03 CR-V with 75k at the mo'. Anyone know anything to watch out for on high mileage CR-V's?

+1 Not that I coast but why . I take it that it don't do the car any favours? Nah, I just didn't buy a 3.5 litre sports car to coast around in...

  21. Sonny, I ran the Rotrex system in the Purple Sumo 350Z [Hercules] for around one year and it was extremely reliable and very quiet as it runs planetary rollers instead of traditional toothed gears. I ran it on standard internals @ at a safe 365 bhp with standard belt pulleys. At the same time on my other Zed I was running an ATI Procharger C2 but that is a story for another day. You should find all the information that you require @ www.rotrex.com but in the meantime find below a brief summary. The HKS Rotrex Supercharger Kits for the 350Z are the only s/c forced induction systems for the aftermarket from HKS. The centrifugal type supercharger features a unique traction drive, with a closed oil circulation system. The traction drive utilizes fixed ratio planetary rollers that are more efficient then traditional gear-wheels. Because the planetary rollers do not have teeth like traditional gear-wheels noise is decreased and reliability is increased. The closed oil circulation system cycles a specially-formulated Traction Oil that lubricates and cools the supercharger, dramatically increasing longevity and reliability. The Traction Oil is cooled through a liquid to air oil cooler included with each kit. All HKS Rotrex Supercharger Kits are developed as complete bolt-on systems. For certain applications HKS will include a front-mount air-to-air intercooler, Super Mega Flow intake, Bypass Valve, additional injectors, upgraded fuel pump and S/C Fuel Computer. Also included with each kit is a high-performance cast aluminum bracket which has been precisely engineered to reduce noise and vibration. HKS has swapped out the compressor in favor of their own turbine housing and wheel. Hope this helps, Cheers, Alex. Informative as always, Alex. Isn't there a Zed with this on Pistonheads?
