i nearly got stuck at my parents last night, driving back from essex into suffolk was a nightmare. did 20 mph through most of essex, 30mph on the a120 and 35mph on the a12. i had control of my car, but what worried me was the other d1ckheads on the road. i had several people following behind me that were almost tailgating. even though they could see the back of my car swinging around like j-lo's butt. essex don't seemed to have gritted properly. as soon as we hit the suffolk border, it was still snowing but the roads were clear. loads of sideways action, scared my wife to death, even in 6th gear the rear kept kicking out, thank god for traction and esp. must admit nearly worn bridgestone re040s didn't help. they were bloody useless in the snow, have about 3mm of tread on the rear, i might as well have had slicks on. and to top it all off my school seems to be the only one in suffolk still open. managed to get in, but its due to snow heavily later, i'm more worried about getting home.

chris i think you'll find your following me, as i am closer to the finish than you which means i have priority of wind because your gaining on me. right of way and collison guides only count when tacking. if both boats are heading in the same direction its who evers nose is in front that matters any way chris you can have that patch of wind, as i've changed tack. smell you later see you at the finish i'll be the one thats slept in a hotel the night before and sat on the keyside with 30 empty beer bottles in front of him and a fresh beer in hand. i'll have yours chilling at the finish for you

i'm just managing to stay about 20 Nm ahead of chris, everytime i make a move he's right behind me. i ahve one planned soon, but i'm hoping to keep it a secet otherwise chris will make the same tack

i excahnged my last car in 07 civic with only 1 key, as i had buggered the spare up trying to swap it into a flip key body. i accidently snapped a leg off the transponder. sometimes they get lost. one key is ok, but i might look at getting a crook lock as a deterent if your worried. that or pay the cash and have it recoded.

same here although i might suggest a partial lock out. for instance the tech info areas and the welcome pages are open, but you have to register to access the sales and traders threads. the FTO forum i found was a very well laid out place, had some interesting setup ideas. the civinfo.com forum had a dedicated members thread that if you had signed up and made a donation gave you access to a VIP forum section, with a txting bar at the top, a bit like a chat room. i think this site is pretty good, signing up or not to me makes little difference. i have looked at so many cars that i'm signed up on most manufacturers car forums, although i only really go on here.

although your racing against other boats, think of it more like a rally, with different stages and your racing against the clock, your score will be affected by the distance from the finish, and how far off the race line you are. and the speed at which you complete the stage.

that could be a picture from the original testing of the 350 back in 2002. when i lived in coventry we regualry used to see cars being tested round the ring road, and they would add lots of bulk to them to disguise the shape before the offical launch. the real road tests were to look at mpg, handling and suspension, comfort, ride noise and every day use. (from what i've been told)

as a reference if he is running 18 inch wheels like the rays on the GT version the tires should be 245/45/18 at the back and 225/45/18 at the front. not sure what tire sizes are for JDM 17 inch wheels. if your wheel setup is wrong then this could mess it up. if he is going slowish, there should be no reason for the light to come on. should only see it under hard acceleration and bad weather mainly on the twisties, especially if you power out of a corner to early. if the light is coming on in a straight line and your not revving hard, then something is interfereing with the setup and calibration of the TRC and ESP

if your refering to the months that you were building up towards your next no claims, i thought they were lost, but if you have actual NCB years you can keep them. everytime i have cancelled a policy to start a new one due to change of car and the insurers not covering that vehicle i have had to loose the months for that year and start at 0 months with the new policy.
