  2. so only 7 people have an opinion, sounds very unlike the usual forum
  3. been browsing the after market spoiler section, as i can't make up my mind what to do, and i stumbled on thsi picture with this spoiler fitted. it was part of a seibon ad, but it doesn't seem to be a seibon spoiler. i like the fact that its nice and low slung. any ideas?

    Alcantara?

Chris's hdad something done to his looked really nice at north weald, don't know if it was flocked or alacantra lined but it did look good.
  7. they look spot on and are great wheels, just out of my price range at the moment.

    Alcantara?

you'd have to make insissions into the material to remove the slack materials aand match them up in places. its a bitch of a job, one best suited to a pro. like you said flocking is going to be your best bet.
  9. rofl poor dog, but very funny.
  10. my roadster took 18months to sell, sat in the garage for most of it, was heart breaking.
  11. jay just out of interest is your car lowered and spacered, or is it still on a standard setup.?
  12. love the harrier and the lightning. some great pics, very jealous.
  13. i rarely do p/x i try and sell privately to maximise profit to re invest in the new car. but the market has changed recently and selling is not as easy as it once was. it may have improved, but last novemember was a nightmare.

    Alcantara?

would using heat from a hair dryer help soften the material? works with vinyl. also what adhesive are you using?
  15. whats your maximum budget? might help people point you in the right direction.
  16. thats a good price. which i had done the same with my old mr2 and taken there first offer. as it was more than i got in the end when i sold it by about £500
  17. was on an activites day last sunday with the Zed and the instructor there was commenting on how well bakanced the car is and how great a drift car it makes. and there was some people learning to drift there as well, and i think the zed did a better job than they did on some of the corners.
  18. quality piece of kit, and expensive but if your flush with the pennies thent splash away.
  19. i keep thinking about a catch can, but its way down on my list.
  20. nice looking rims, i'm guessing they need a refurb as well before fitting.
  21. think you might be right, might have got my models mixed up. forgot that on the pumps it usually shows about 74 litres on the pump.
  22. i had an mr2 roadster which was VVTi and that revved to 8500. also been out in an S2000 which revs to 9000, neither of those blow up, or drain oil. i understand the engineering differences, but i must admit i got bored of screamer engines, i like having torque and not needing to rag the car to the limits to get the most out of it. i think the rx8 is a bi wankle engine set up. there was another model that mazda did back in the 90's which was either tri or quad wankle setup. it was menat to sound imense.
