i'm still umming and arring,

this is the same kit that i have, but i had it altered recently. the lovely gold connector on the top doesn't stay done up very well. and works it self loose. so when i had my lights fixed i got the bloke to cut the connector off and fit a better one. its not a s pretty but it won't come undone. and it does the job. plus that bit is hidden anyway under the battery cover.

sorry am using my laptop and it doesn't like to stay connected to my wireless network. hence the **** ups. have added the pics that i was menat to use.

i only really fill up once a month, my milage is quite low, so its not so bad. plus last year i got used to putting in a tank of diesel a week with my old car doing 500 miles a week. so this is reletivley cheap now compared to the £240 a month i was spending on fuel.

i have hit a conundrum i have ahd a full nismo kit for ages but i haven't done anything with it yet as i'm not 100% sure what to do with the bumper. i saw this car and thought it was pretty cool. i'm definitely having the badge section smoothed out. but its more the grille i can't decide on. i have the eyebrows already but i've seen several cars with it and i can't fully make up my mind what to do. sometimes i like it and others i don't so i thought i would show some pictures and see what you lot think. option 1 keep it plain and just paint it the colour of the car option 2 just paint the middle bar satin black option 3 is similiar to above but also paints the rest of the internal of the grille section. like the ones with the lip, but no lip. if that makes sense. option 4 paint the grille section and add a black lip as well. option 5 do something completely different. but here i'm stuck, i don't know what the different would be. at the end of the day i know its my choice, but i'd like to see what other peoples opinions are and see if it sparks any ideas with me. the other thing i'm thinking is to get it sprayed normally and get the satin black modification done (what ever it is) in vinyl so that come sales time it can be returned to normal for the next buyer etc.

i know people say don't believe the stories, but a quater of a tea cup over 700 miles is still a hell of a lot between services if you add it all up. i haven't used any oil in 9000 miles.

ha ha yes thats all you get for £40 i filled up from empty and that costs £75 it aint cheap and that will only do about 400 miles as well

do the ecu reset procedure and get the code from that. or if you have acess to an OBDII reader then use that.

i can't wait for forza 3, have been spending the last week or 2 of my holiday trying to fully complete forza 2 ready for the release of 3. got stuck on arcade last night one race left which is the time trial at the nurbergring (can't spell it) last one on the list. have to do it in 7.09 had one go last night and i need to shave 25 sec off to beat it. as for the career mode, just got to level 40, nearly completed all races to that level. got to get to level 50 to complete it and buy all cars.

i think i know which one it is, its on the project mu car, i have a picture upstairs on the other computer, with the kit name on it. looks like a GTR front on a skyline. have a search on the old google see if the PRoject Mu car helps.

Speak to P15ULT from the now defunct dream customz, if he's not too busy you might be able to send him your headlights and he might be able to dismantle and repair them for you. just depends on how busy he is. and also if you can live without your car for a week while the work is done.

i like those, look very nice, suit the car well, again not my choice but i still like those a lot.

be interested to know on mine i have a mic for my F500bt but not got round to routing it up to the same place. be interesting too know if you can cut and splice into the old one.

pmsl, deported from Ozisn't that like a historical oxymoron. my wife loved it out there as did my parents, its on my list of places to go, i'm sure you'll have a lovely time. if you fill a posistion which is classed as a shortage area, you'll have no problem getting a permanent visa.

Aww, they might just be busy. Magazine people get thousands of emails to filter though. plus its the weekend now; and like most people i guess they like to take 2 days off as well.

i loved the look of them, but went to see one and never really fell for it. sat in it and just wasn't swayed. am glad i got the zed instead.

no the hids are just generally poor compared to other manufactueres
