  1. Seat did it first did they not ..... same company I know but ... never been in a seat only seen it in an audi, so couldn't pinpoint the red light history
  2. this is the one area i wouldn't scrimp on by buying copies. go for an original from a known manufacturer. reason being, i've seen carbon bodykit parts and one of the biggest issues is that carbon is not as flexible as GRP so if the item is a little out of shape and doesn't sit right its nigh on impossible to fiddle it to sort any gaps out. GRP is also quite flexible its easier to kind of stretch it a little to fit, for instance if the skirts were a smidge too short. with CF its far more noticeable as it just wont sit right.
  3. your missus won't be able to prise you out with a crowbar once you get it back properly
  4. if i was doing my dash etc i'd go audi style Red.
  5. There is also DMS as well, DMS know the Zed very well, and offer an excellent service, they are not far from brands hatch i believe. also a trader on here. I use Team AFM but thats because they are local to me in suffolk, (very good by the way and know the Zed well) but for somethings i'm willing to travel. so for instance when i get my remap hopefully in a couple of weeks time i shall be straight down to Abbey. I've been to DMS with a mate, and can also highly recommend them Have dealt with CS excellent trader, and only hear positives. as a side note just because someone is a registered trader on here doesn't make them perfect. i can think of several occasions with several traders on here where there has been issues. I'd say do your research and go on reputation. and whats best for what you need. you have lots of options ring around find the best price.
  6. Can't be me i have a beard, and i was in brazil at the time that happened
  7. just out of interest what are the offsets? and the tread depths? which tyres are currently fitted?
  8. sorry had to add all the pics individually, as it was doing my head in flicking through photobucket
  9. i like it, is there another one where someone fails in a larger car doing the same thing?
  10. yeah sounds good, at standard ride height there should be no problems, you'll notice it when lowered, and as you said you'll need to roll the arches. look forward to seeing the finished pics
  11. after doing the wing mirrors, (well attempted ) i think the panels on the car aren't going to be to bad. maybe not easy, but not as hard as the mirrors
  12. You teachers should be allowed to flog them naked to within an inch of their lives on the school stage during morning assembly ......that'd teach 'em the most i can do is lead by example and act as a positive roll model, which alot of them don't have. you'd be surprised what having someone who doesnt beat you does. some of course are beyond help, and its a shame. look to the parents, they are the route cause of most issues. not that they'd know it or admit it
  13. whats sad is i could pick out most of the scroats in my school who would do something like that.
  14. looks really good, i'm sure i remember it being said not to go over 25 mm if lowering as it will rub. wonder if 30 mm will defo rub soon find out. worst case you need to roll the arches. just be aware there is a very large sharp edge in the rear wheel arch where the bumper meets the wing.
  15. and so we get one of my favourite come uppance videos karma is a beautiful thing
  16. the urge to run a car battery through the bodywork is very tempting or maybe a south african safety device http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDrzMGdYWZc
  17. i got mine cut back before fitting, mine don't clamp down the back of the light under the bonnet.
  18. sorry to hear that cragus, i hate scum like that, real disrespect to others property. if it helps the likwid art ones are about £30 and are ni on impossible to nick unless you have a heat gun.
  19. so many ideas for my dream garage. although i'm glad to see i still have a unique idea in my head, and no one else has built something like it
  20. i'd possibly go with the battery route as well, nurrishes car did weird things when his battery was dying, dash was lit up like a xmas tree
  21. mines going in the airbox, so no one will see it anyway
