i like apples but in basic for thats still nearly 2k of laptop. i'd spend half that and get an alien warz laptop, and to be honest even then do you need that much computing power? are you a big pc gamer? if your just doing desktop stuff; sending emails and watching movies then thats alot more laptop than you need. personally i'd spend about 400-600 on a pc world job something from sony or packard bell and save the rest for an engagement ring or something for the car.
