  1. its easy to compete against 300 other drivers when no one else is trying. everything else is constant its not a challenge, its not even clever, its monumental automotive retard syndrome. i bet if you put them on a real race track with other real race drivers who are also racing i reckon they'd be sh1t.
  2. the IAM is on my list of things i'd like to do. might ask for it for my 30th birthday pressie
  3. i wondered why it had a slight satin finish to it, its the texture of the plastic. still looks a good job though. you might find that in 12 months it might bubble or peel. (hopefully not) if you sanded it flat and keyed the surface you can achieve a real high gloss finish, its difficult to tell from the pics as the light refelction washes the image out slightly. but from the photos they still look really good. lots of people screw painting up and its not as easy as it looks. ricey you have earned a very rare and special award. i award thee a Biscuit gold star of excellence
  4. viewtopic.php?f=35&t=28736&hilit=guide+painting try that,
  5. to be honest i'd keep the pipe and box and put a new filter on. especially if thats a steel mesh filter. have a look for an apexi filter or anything that takes your fancy. i also like the BMC CDA not really used on the zed, its a universal kit, but it comes with a carbon cyclinder airbox, very nice bit of kit. lots like the normal pop chargers, other kits to look at would be the AEM or similiar. loads of choice, all offer about the same gain in noise (no real power to be had out of any of them, not to a noticable level. for something really unique and different that no one runs on the zed is the PMC http://www.prmracing.com/ meant to be an amazing sound and very popular on the S2k forum
  6. actually at a 2nd glance, thats not a K&N filter, possibly a home made custom job.
  7. its not a pop charger, it look slike a K&N standard cone filter set up (not the typhoon)

  12. 320.00 to fit it, bloody hell where did you go direct to williams racing? local exhaust centre charged me 50 quid to swap complete exhaust system over.
