  1. when i say 18, thats my mental age physically i'm actually 29
  2. i have 2 plastic ramps i drive up and then put the trolley jack under. got them from halfrauds in the caravan section.
  3. if you stay NA, you can spend alot of money for very little gain. if you go FI there options are better and the gains considerable.
  4. i like the fact that they didn't forget the hispanics at the end, oh and everybody. is it that bad in the southern states that this actually has to be spelled out?
  5. brakes direct i or something like that do fairly cheap OEM parts
  6. at most its about 10 or 15 quid if your insurer doesnt cover it for free, and chips and cracks are usually repairable as long as its size is smaller than a 20p piece.
  7. Ah...I had the impression it was an important component of the B-pillars. I would have not gone through the hassle of fitting them if I knew before at most it makes the water bead from b pillar on to the glass and keeping it away from the glass seal (edge of the glass)
  8. 2 different methods of measureing car power outputs, and people confuse the 2 and refer to both as BHP when they are actualy different
  9. i love those kind of builds
  10. i'll have a look at the do luck ones not seen them before
  11. scotty i like the use of the alternate weave looks the best i've seen in a long time. i can supply people with vinyl if they want it. got a whole range of finishes not just black carbon. some special colours i can get are: Flip colours (changes colour depending on the light; think TVR paint) white carbon gold carbon silver carbon red carbon blue carbon crocodile skin sequins and stock colours like on the roof wrap page i set up.
  12. thats coming on well, you'll be the only one who notices the corner as you did the work, others won't, but worst case scenario you could always re wrap it. as for the switches if you use a fine scalpel you can trim round the switch areas and hand grip for a neater finish. the dash isn't to bad, but the key is the prep work, it needs to be clean and wiped down with something like lighter fluid to de grease and remove any contaminantes from cleaning products etc.
  13. tannabe gold hyper medallion think that the right spelling and words, but very good bit of kit and sounds great, and not a ball breaker on the bank.
  14. personally i think the nismo exhaust is just a modified stock exhaust with branding on; and then people pay through the nose for it. quality isn't always the best either. the flexijoints break. and the noise is just a slightly deeper stock tone. lots of really good kit out there for less money and a far better sound, IMHO but if you want to be a nismo ho; you'll need the exhaust as well
  15. at most the tracking might have changed slightly
  16. oh dear thats my free time shot to pieces
  17. s2000 forum used to use it alot, big forum, but they've all stepped back from it, apparently its not as good a quality as it used to be, and that was the mobil 1 stuff. so not on a personal experience, i'd be looking at amsoil, fuchs, or royal purple. but then thats just personal preference. at the end of the day, as long as it has oil in there you cant go to far wrong. but you may find with the more expensive oils you get less burn off. and if your changing every 3k, its not like your going to boil the oil, its still going to be protecting the engine. if you were putting golden syrup in there, then i'd be worried.
  18. i'd leave the mobil stuff alone as well
  19. i was talking about on the s2k, my zed didn't burn a drop.
