  3. Hi I live in kesgrave just outside of ipswich, i have a specialist garage that i use in martlesham, they are primarily a bodyshop but they do everything. the bloke who owns it is/was a racing driver, and their specialist section does alot of perofance stuff like build and prep race cars including a touring car a couple of years ago. they also do work for hangar 111 the lotus people amongst loads of peoples performance cars. they are possibly the worst advertised company, seem to go on word of mouth, but they are brilliant, they;ll service it, fix it or modify it, they can align it, tune it etc etc. they've worked on my 305z, S2000, and now my XKR i wouldn't trust my cars with many others, really friendly, reasonable prices and their blokes are briliiant. comapny is Ipswich accident and reapir on glouster road their specialist section is called Team AFM also based out of the same building. they are due to expand and move again soon, but they are still in the same place at the mo. worth a trip down. and welcome

  17. EP Racing do alot of shine stuff and never heard any complaints from people who've used them before.
  18. bumper spraying costs anywhere between £250 -£500 depends on where in the country and who you use. as for fitting, if you buy the original it apparently needs no adjsutment, it just bolts straight on no issue. so fitting costs pretty much non exsistant. the shine is good, but might need some work doen before painting to make sure it fits well. buy anything cheaper and you could be looking at very high fitting costs
  19. sounds like they were all travelling to close as well, with no time to manouvre
  20. normally go for around £400 with tyres on, you can;t get much cheaper than that, and they are a forged wheel not a cast wheel.
