453's look interesting, as do the new vred vorti's
  5. I get you Seabee, and the bmw is not a bad choice.
  6. Good too know, my jag likes Castrol, especially the edge variety.
  7. If I was getting a diesel, I'd get a 330d, can't take car choice advice from people on here they all drive Nissans if you like the car buy it, you're the one who has to drive it. And the inside of a bmw is not a bad place to be.
  8. Sad times.
  9. Pretty bullet proof the new ones. All the issues seem to be with my age xkr lol. And there are xkr specialists very good as well
  10. i loved the S2Ki Forum, on here we end up searching about 3 different forums as people have info over on the american sites etc. on there its all under 1 umbrella. and the UK bit has its own section. yes it takes a while to get used to but acutally when you do you come to realise how good it is. but its quality is often lost on people who don;t stick around long.
  11. Ah the joys of crap speed. Biggest PoS on the market, doesn't actually sound good it just sounds loud. When you actually compare it to a well designed system its like comparing the philharmonic to a retard with a kazoo. Low grade steel, low grade welds, poorly designed and cheap.
  12. Skinning does require parts out to skin them. This isn't a skin its a stick on
  13. I'd expect that from a main stealer though lol that wasn't stealer price, that was independent price
  14. the new parts used to be £150
  15. i think its becuase they have a distinguishable line between the part and the car. if they were blended on and painted to the colour of the car it might look more part of the car. but for me they look very stuck on, and break up the lines of the car, which i don;t think does it any favours.
  16. A little bmw 328, cracking price so should be a source of cheap fun for the year. Would have loved an elise but there were slight practicality issues you're too tall
  17. lots like the stillen
  18. Never heard of it, on a side note; did you know the after market "Z" thats stuck on after the "350" bit is on upside down
  19. good job, do you want come build my extension?
  20. isopronol wipes, or body shop panel wipes are a good shout. I often use lighter fluid as a degreaser works very well. as does meths
