  1. My advise would be if its solid unbroken sleep, you're functioning well and aren't irritable for no reason (obviously some people/things will always irritate you), I'd say you're fine. Also agree with no Dr. If you fancy trying any kind of tablet, try anti-histamines without the added caffeine (allergy tablets). They make you naturally drowsy which is why most pharmaceuticals add caffeine to them.
  2. I have odd sleeping issues where I sleep with headphones in. It tends to happen whenever the wife and I fall out, then I get in the habit and can't drop off with out it.
  3. What do you do before bed? Sometime an active mind can affect your sleep. Xbox before bed for example. Is the result the same if you go to be earlier? It could also be an unknown outside stimulus, a neighbour leaving for work, light coming in to the room etc. Annoyingly after a certain time in a pattern your body gets used to it and its just habit. Hypnotherapy is supposed to be helpful i've heard
  4. ^That is scary. Closed minded outdated thinking.
  5. I guess it'll be some time after the palace visit before we know any more, whether it'll be a coalition, or a minority. Am I right in thinking Corbyn was dead against forming a coalition with anyone? I wonder if he'll U-turn that.
  6. Its cool dude, I know it wasn't personal to what I said, but a frustration at the way things have gone, i still loves ya lol
  7. I wasn't saying Fox hunting was why she lost, but more as you described, she threw odd issues into the mix to win favour. I agree with you, its chaos and a shame
  8. And the re-vote on fox hunting seemed to be a powder keg of emotion that is too divisive.
  9. That's ace. I assume room in the boot to store the lid so you don't get caught in the rain?
  10. Petty point scoring and more indecision, a weaker pound, and more ammo to EU to say look what happens if you try and leave.
  11. Sort of agree that informed voters are better voters, better than voting for labour/tory becuase I always have, or because my parents do. But I think cutting through the spin is difficult for those with little resolve, and peer pressure has an affect.
  12. Putting aside the fact i mentioned earlier with Coldel about noise and styling, range needs to be (and I can see that it is getting better) a factor. Simple things like in a petrol car you can drive from the North to Devon on 1 tank of fuel without stopping (not in a zed obviously ). You can then tool around a couple of days before filling up. Now i know people only go on holiday 1 or 2 times a year making that journey, and day to day living for most charging twice a day can be achievable (at home and at work). Or consider camping at Silverstone fore the GP. Turn up Wednesday, no electric charge points, there until Monday. I do get that these are rare circumstances though, and if owning one is considerably cheaper than burning T-Rex, you caould hire a car for things like that and still be quids EOY. Once again I've said lots but said nothing lol
  13. Completely agree, its good to see an increase in younger voters...is it wrong that at 33 I'm classing myself as a young voter? Compared to the likes of my Grandparents I kind of am.
  14. Would a huge overhaul of both parties possibly have even more of a negative affect on the £? I think its necessary as a lot of feedback I've heard is that a lot of people feel underrepresented, both parties appealing to the fringes.
  15. I agree another election won't help, the country is massively split at the minute and I think the result would be the same. Ironic JC wants TM to resign considering the amount of time his own party had called that for him.
  16. I know the rear chassis is the same on both cars. Yeah you can get roof bars for them I'm sure your local halfrauds can help you there. I don't think the cover will stretch that far but not 100 percent on that.
  17. Well that's me voted. Now the waiting game. Incidentally how long does it take to count?
  18. I know its a different scale, but my mk1 Golf had zero rust, bilstein shocks and springs and zero panel damage. I moved out, mum wanted it gone...and I scrapped it. A non running shell goes for silly money now.
  19. Could be fast cornering or tyre pressures too. You should see the tyres on works car
  20. Try rubbing your hand over the tread blocks too, there is a marked difference between normal and stepped, and tyres that are stepped rumble a lot. Any other car I'd suggest swapping your front and rears and see if it changes where the noise comes from.
  21. +1 on tyre stepping/flat spots.
  22. See I was thinking satnav, HUD and internet access. Maybe even watching films. I suppose thermal overlays may also be good. Childishly x-ray vision, but i know thats a silly childish concept . Going back to the ops original opener, would computerised AI be bound by the 3 laws of robotics?
  23. Ouch not even considered that. You'd need an off function to sleep too.
  24. All the best mate. At the very least, you can hold your head up high and say you gave it everything you have, and you tried.
