Hi all, As per the title, given the relatively small drop with these springs would I need to get adjustable camber arms also? If so, fronts as well as rears? Hi, I'm putting together a shopping list for a clutch and single mass flywheel change. I'm not having any problems with mine but I don't know when it was last changed so for peace of mind I'm thinking ahead. Firstly, any links to where i can order these, and is there anything else I might need, or useful to do at the same time? Secondly, would my choice of clutch/flywheel be suitable when paired with a Quaife differential as I'm very tempted to get one and fit the lot together. Thanks all!

I'd agree. Although its probably all relative it feels like all the jap cars I really liked as a kid in the 90s are way overpriced now. Its really hard to justify a 20 year old car with >100k miles that you want as a weekend toy at some prices. Even harder to find something that's actually mint and wont turn into a costly rebuild project straight away.

Aruba looked really nice, but wife is pregnant so it was a bit far for her to travel. Ended up in south of Rhodes which was also lovely.

One sensor, at the rear of the car, to control headlights?! Lol I thought it was something to do with suspension. No wonder I can't find anything on this via search.. Do you think it looks correctly installed?

Hello, I had an advisory following an MOT for "Rear level sensor incorrectly fitted". Unfortunately I couldn't get booked in with my regular mechanic so I'm not sure how experienced the tester is with zeds, but he said that the sensor is upside down but not a difficult job to remove and rotate it. I think I've found the sensor he's talking about but I've no-idea if it's correctly installed or even what it's supposed to do (handling is spot-on). It doesn't look like it's ever been disturbed and is on the rear passenger side of the car only. Some pictures: Can anybody tell if this is right or not? Bonus points for what it's supposed to do. Was going to ask after this. Cobra, Tein, Exedy (or any recommended clutch kit). Also Quaife but savings aren't quite there yet so you can wait until Christmas for that one..

It's only a failure if your airbag warning light is illuminated and the horn isn't wired up. I've had cars pass MOTs with aftermerket momo wheels and no airbag. Edit: this has always been on my pre 2000 cars, not sure about newer models. Insurance wise, just tell them you have the wheel and should be fine depending on insurer of course.

I had this the other month, and coincidently it started after I fitted spacers. It was from the drivers side front and only when going very slowly at near full lock. I took the wheel off and inspected everything. Even took photos and then compared against the passenger side..and found nothing! After putting the wheels back on that same day I've not heard it again. The only thing which looked slightly out of place was my HEL brake line virtually touched the shock absorber at full lock so I carefully moved it away. Sorry, I know this doesn't really help.. I should add that I've since had an MOT and it passed without issue.

Ha ha yeah I have that polishing kit. Just need the grinder now. Not fussed about the mobility aspect. I couldn't find that grinder pictured though, but I just realised it's with the guard removed. Will take another look on machine mart. Thanks guys

Evening, Bit of a random question, but I want to buy a tool so that I can polish metal and plastic items. Absolute largest would be a headlight, but mostly smaller things. I've been looking at bench grinders but they all seem to have a ton of protective plates on them, making the actual area you can get the item into to polish quite small (Realise this is for safety, but looks way over the top). Could I use a handheld tool for this kind of thing? Would an angle grinder be a silly idea, or maybe just a car paint polisher? Cheers

Just read it as well. The guy must have too much money to really care for his possessions. Just idiotic to be driving in such a manner in any new vehicle you've not got yourself accustomed to, especially on public roads. Remember when I drove my Z home 300 miles when I bought her, it was p***ing it down. Obviously I wanted to find out how much grunt there was, but you just have to think sensibly..

That's strange. Most of the web devs I work with enjoy talking about what their up to and any new technologies their leveraging. Thinking back, one company I worked at used a raspberry pi to run some bespoke till software. Can't remember though if that was written in python or in PHP and run on a local server. Most languages I come across have methodologies that are interchangeable though. Good luck, let us know how you get on.

Hi, I think I read somewhere that the forum isn't using Tapatalk anymore, which is fine, I didn't like it anyway. However, when I open URLs sent by the site for topics I follow Tapatalk still opens, and understandably the page doesn't load. Is this likely a default action on my phone, or an issue with the href in the email itself? Thanks
