    I've a very thin disc between L4 & L5 so I'm always pilled up. If a nerve is trapped for a longish time I use an inversion table. It works for me. It's a strange experience, so try a table before you buy.

    Thanks boys and girls. Had a quite day,worked in the morning. Then washed the car, did the ET and a few roads in the Denbigh area. Sat in the garden and had a chippy tea. Then a couple of Rums. So civilised. (Ok, old fart ish)

    That's what you get for stopping in Queensferry. The Aston was probably robbed and doing a drug run from Holyhead to Manchester. :lol: (I can say this,as I grew up a mile down the road. )

    Groups 1,2 & 3 are not much different Andy. I got a punto for Rhian to learn in and use for the first year. She then got a newer one and loves it. Liam will learn in the old punto now.
