The beach could be very very iffy because of the logistics with 45 cars. It's also a 10 mph speed limit so would be for a photo shoot only.

Main thing, when you get one end lifted. Rinse out the grit and muck,(it will be there ) this is what causes the most damage to the paint work.
Then as you carry on keep rinsing the muck out.
Use a small finger nail brush and an old tooth brush. And I am now going to swear..... some fairy liquid. .
Get some detailing brushes (off Tim...other traders are available ) and brush with normal shampoo every wash.
If you think about it the rubber is a ledge that catches dust and crapp.
With the rear transit tie down bolt, if it's just for getting it up the drive. if careful it should be OK.
The AA flat bed will have a leccy winch on it.
