    VED (and fuel and servicing) makes a huge difference for used cars though... VED alone can cost half the price of the car itself every year...

    No first hand experience, but my usual solution is drench everything in WD40, make a cup of tea and come back in 30 mins

    Yup, Uprev is just the name of the software i believe. Works on all models. See here for more details.

    V8 starts at £36,345. That will go up with any extras and down after a bit of negotiation. So really it depends on the spec of the car and how much you can haggle them down.

    Sounds about right. I caught the flash just as you passed by, but my reactions weren't good enough to return it I always avoid the motorways, whenever I try them they end up being restricted to 40 and there's much more chance of really bad traffic. Only have to stop for traffic lights on the back roads
