  1. Definite Essex drug distributor car = Ford Fiesta.
  2. Crashing into stuff / running into crowds: Mustang
  3. Prefer the stability of bench. Feels tight. Dumbells always feel a bit more wavy, and I don't like the pissing about / discomfort of trying to get the dumbells up. Usually save dumbells for incline where I go lighter.
  4. I always have to barbell bench solo cos I don't have a spotter anymore I know my limits though, so it's pretty safe, but stunted progress massively cos I can't really push it. Always bench without clips too, so if it comes to it I can just roll to the side and shake the weights off. Never really liked Smith, but used it a lot initially. It just feels so unnatural now though (unless you use one of those fancy 3D ones), the bar ends up so high on my chest with a lot of elbow flare.
  5. Nahhh 1) Suicide grip bench - just asking for it to fall 2 feet and crush your throat 2) Normal grip bench - the surplus of fail videos is enough evidence I think 3) Deadlift - you can drop the weight unlike bench, but lots of chance for spinal injury if not done properly
  6. Yeah, but it's fantasy money for a fantasy car Walked past that showroom plenty of times, but never been in. Always think I'd just get asked to leave.
  7. Watch this if you haven't already:
  8. Not an expert on squats, but... Your movements don't flow. it should be a smooth down and up, but you seem to go through multiple jerky phases. You seem to lean forward, then push your arse out, then you knees pop forwards. Looks unnatural and a bit rushed. Try slow everything down, and push you chest out a bit more.
  9. £145k Huracan There's loads for ~£160k.
  10. you can get that for £150,000? Coupe, yes. Spyder, no.
  11. ^With Lexus lights.

Hyrdodip looks amazing and would be ideal, but plastidip does a decent job for a fraction of the cost. While we're on the topic, do you think plastidip would be alright on a Z plenum? Dunno how hot it gets and whether it would damage the dip... Though to avoid too much derailing, did you dip the rest of the interior too? (e.g. trim around the side air vents)
  13. £210k '91 and '95 for 105k and 130k though
  14. Sucralose. Which according to the internet is 600x sweeter than sugar, but zero calories. (Same stuff that's in Splenda sweetener apparently)
  15. As per the OP, I believe you're allowed, so why not go for multiple cars? Do love them. Saw a black one drive past last year - got excited and pointed it out to the guys I was with, but they didn't even bat an eyelid...
  16. I think the X5 is Long Beach and the 3 series is Atlantis. Based on colour alone, they do look good Like a modern take on a Hawaiian Blue Rover
  17. Opened my chocolate brownie flavour whey yesterday. There was an offer running a while ago, so I got it free with my usual multi-buy of the 5kg unflavoured stuff, but only just got round to trying it. Sounds amazing right? Wrong. It's bloody awful. It's like drinking pure sugar. I love the unflavoured stuff, just mix it with milk and it tastes like... well... milk... with a porridgey / oaty hint. This stuff though, I'm not sure I can bring myself to keep drinking it. I need to find something to tone it down. Maybe mix it with unflavoured stuff?
  18. X6M is the only one that looks remotely good, and even then only from behind. It's not pretty, but it's good looking in an angry-battle-tank way
  19. You need to get your eyes checked cos that X5 is vile. Almost as bad as the i3.
  20. Hybrid - Prius (Yep, more definitive than i8, Trinity, and even the Regera) Electric - Model S (Tempted by the Roadster, but the Model S really made things take off)
