  1. I've got the same one as that, and it works great on my car with Torque Pro! They definitely seem to be a bit hit-and-miss whether they work on different cars
  2. We're expecting our first one too in March, luckily we're already sorted on the vehicle side, wife has a Focus C-Max, and my van doesn't have a passenger airbag so baby seat can go in the front of there too. Little one won't be able to have a ride in the zed for a few years although I timed buying it perfectly as it was only 2 weeks before we found out she was pregnant!
  3. I was just basing it on the fact it is nearly half a ton heavier than my e30 was
  4. Couple of action shots from Llandow Was very pleased with how nimble the car felt on a small tight circuit for something that's pretty heavy. The Potenza re040's were definitely running out of grip though, so a set of r888r's have been ordered ready for the start of next year's trackday season
  5. That looks good, I'd be up for a group buy if there was one at some point
  6. I noticed I had the foam in my airbox when I changed my air filter. I just took a guess that it could be to maybe quieten down the induction noise a bit?
  7. Ah right ok, cheers for the info, will look a bit more into it to make sure I don't order the wrong one!
  8. Hi all, I need to order a rear lambda sensor for my zed. Bank 1, sensor 2. Has anyone fitted a Bosch one like this?: http://www.ebay.co.u...=STRK:MEBIDX:IT Just wondering if they have the correct plug on them to fit straight onto the car loom? Or do you need to go for a genuine Nissan one to make sure you get the correct plug? Thanks
  9. I've got one of the Costco jacks too, great bit of kit.
  10. How have people re-done the undertray fixing when the captive nuts have sheared off in the subframe? I've got a Torqen undertray, have the front part fitted but not got round to getting the main section on yet.
  11. Off to Llandow in the Zed tomorrow, see how she copes with a small tight circuit!
  12. My 57 plate Vivaro van is my daily Another vote for a mk5 fiesta as a daily though, my Mum's had one for around 6 years and it's been brilliant, only things it's needed other than servicing are a new battery and a lambda sensor. Quite good fun to drive as well. Edit, just noticed you said about the insurance!
  13. Has anyone on here used them on their Zed? Just wondering what the quality/fit was like. It looks like it from looking at the photo, but will these still work with the standard seatbelt ok? http://www.ebay.co.u...=STRK:MEBIDX:IT Cheers, Jer
  14. Thruxton on a Motorsport Events trackday is a 90db static limit!
  15. Parked up ready to go out, there should be plenty of action shots hopefully as they had a photographer there for the day
  16. Well that was a lot of fun! Zed's definitely make good track cars, in my opinion at least, definitely going to have some fun in this car! Car behaved itself perfectly in the morning, but then went into limp mode after I'd done 3 or 4 laps. Come into the pits to let it all cool down, then good for another 3 or 4 laps! Drove home fine, put my code reader on it, and turns out there is a crank position sensor on it's way out. Was annoying, but certainly didn't spoil the day. Very impressed with it, love how flat it corners and how great the brakes are considering it's quite a hefty old thing
  17. Just noticed you are in south Wales, did you ever take your zed round Llandow?
  18. Well, funny you should say that, I put 28 in my spare track tyres earlier as a kind of educated guess to start from so I'm glad you said that! Combe is definitely quick, and like you said quite narrow in places. Good thing is it's less than an hour from my house too!
  19. Yes driven Combe quite a few times, was very daunting at first I must admit, but love it now! I will definitely be taking it easy to start with and learn the car, it's going to quite a different beast compared to my old car. But very much looking forward to it!
  20. Got my first trackday in my zed tomorrow at Castle Combe Did loads in my old BMW so looking forward to seeing how they compare. It's pretty much standard, all I've done since I bought it is a full service, new ds2500's all round, braided hoses and ATE high boiling point fluid, with a spare set of wheels/tyres to take, should keep it going well all day hopefully!
  21. 2005 DE engine HTC m8 I used the older version of this one that is bluetooth only, not wifi: http://www.ebay.co.u...BoAAOSwBahVWYg~ Only used it so far to check an EML warning, worked great and connected quickly, will have another play around with it at some point and see what else works
  22. M+S posh dogs are pretty good, especially the chilli and cheese ones!
  23. While we're on the subject of phones, has anyone got any experience of the HTC 10?
