  1. Yeah still a bit greasy at the moment, only got about 20 miles or so into them. So while wet, a bit of right foot lights the rears up in a straight line in 2nd. As a side on this, what pressures are you guys running in the wider spec ?
  2. Well, they are on. 265/35/19 and 305/30/19 All in, £1100 If its dry this weekend i'll go get them scrubbed in and clean her up a little. Gotta say, with the spacers in addition to the extra rubber, the arches are certainly filled out....

  5. Is it me or does that look like it was designed 25 years ago and they just decided to release it now ? Greta will be so happy, the little darling will jump for joy
  6. You can just grind down a 10mm HSS bit, leave a little point as per the first one you linked Never bothered buying a specific bit to do it. Any old 10mm HSS that's dull, rip it down on the bench grinder and drill away.
  7. Welcome along, with a combo of the haynes and member knowledge on here. You should find everything you need. @ZMANALEX will likely have most parts you are going to need too What year and variant are you rebuilding ?
  8. 21 ? I looked the other day just out of curiosity and ones older than mine and with more miles going for 26k to 32k The Mrs saw it and told me I should sell and make a profit.... I almost asked for a divorce
  9. From a personal point of view, the Nismo is night and day with the 350. Just better in every possible way. Didn't think it would be as big of a jump, but it really was. For me now, the only logical step would be to a 911 or GTR. So on that basis, i'll be in the Nismo till my final day

  18. Yeah it's how I did mine, started with 800's wet and worked down to 2000's a grade at a time. Working in alternate directions with each step to eliminate the previous marks. Then on the 2000's rub in small overlapping circles. Once done remove masking, dry, clean with panel wipe and remask for clear coat. 2x 50% coats and a final 'wet' one. Results were perfect. Mine was an 05 and 12years old when I did them, reflectors seemed in perfect condition and light output was good. Before: During: Results:
  19. Managed to find some black hardware, now just to go through the rest of the ones im confident I can swap
  20. One thing to save you a good few quid, chances are you can sand down (wet n dry) the headlights and then spray with clearcoat. Brings them up like new and lasts years not weeks like those 'restoration' kits you can buy. But sounds like a well loved Z
  21. Sweet jesus. As funny as that is, I just hope appropriate actions were taken before the worst happened....
  22. Noticed you in Manchester, not far from me. How urgent do you need these ? PM me your budget, if you're serious about them I may have a workable option.
  23. Does it make the noise if you are holding the shifter knob ? Could be the trim rattling in the clips or the wire clip under it for the reverse sensor thing
