350z Uprev Group Buy at H-Dev - Proposed Feb 2017
G1en replied to chirag1988's topic in Horsham Developments
April would be great for me. I would be in. Want it doing before ring trip in May. Jez. Can you do the multiple maps and launch control. Its a HR with cruise control -
The filters area def smaller so the overall size will be smaller. They may fit in the gap on a de but prob wouldnt give the airflow required.

I agree with jetpilot

Suprisingley house prices have shot up over last 2 years. I found that out last month when i remortgaged my house after our 2 year deal finished. I filled in all the paperwork online happy with the new deal based on my loan to value worked out at original purchase price. When the paperwork came back i was over the moon to find our halifax now valued my house 35k more and as a result my loan to value percentage was less and it meant the interest rate offered was lower and saves me £80 month. So sorry to dribble on but what i sm saying is house prices do seem to have increased by a decent amount over the last two years BUT every area will be different 1- the house you are looking at may well have gone up 50k 2- the owners are cheeckily trying to make a quick buck 3- maybe a bit of both and they arent in a rush to sell do price it 20k higher than market to see what offers they get Like everything. Do some research and check other properties for sale nearby at current time. Find out how long it has been up for sale for. Even with people struggling for mortgages there is still a shortfall of housing and its my understanding that "nice" house priced "right" will still be snapped up straight away while others either not looked after or priced too high will sit there for months/years 2 years ago. We had to sell our last house quick as it was only 2 bed and family on the way. I priced it around 5k lower than what the estate agents said, it sold in 4 days

You could get a 20ltr jerry can or 3 and fill them up at same time as the zed so its not so much a waste of fuel as you will have a stock. Then when you get back to england you could sell them to get some money back or keep them in reserve for when the walking dead zombie apocalypse hits. From previous threads though. An additive is ok short term or running 95 ron is ok if you keep below 4/5k rpm ie normal driving

Surely it would be more cost effective to just move Stonehenge

Not a massive mod but just installed my silicone air intake hoses. Every little helps before my uprev. Now got k&n drop in filters, to go with above to get more air in and full cobra exhaust system including hiflow cats to get more gas out. Coupled with mishimoto rad and oil cooler to keep temps down.

Japfest Sunday 30th April 2017 @Silverstone
G1en replied to andy james's topic in National Events & Shows
How family friendly is japfest? I want to come along but its looking like the only way i can get there is if my 6 year old daughter comes along. She does love the sound of the full cobra system on the zed though. -
Wow. Some serious work going in there. Will you need a pilots licence for that wing?

I remember this car being for sale when i bought mine a year ago. Sure it was up for around 2k more than this and the ex owner had listed loads he had done and money spent, no expense for servicing etc... IIRC also it was a rev up but with lower tax band (one of the few sold in the 2 weeks before tax changed) So i would guess the mot failure was the W brace like has been said which is no issue. Certainly worth a look imo if your interested.

I am planning on Uprev in a few months. Quick question, if i get 4 different maps (limp, 95ron, std, track.) or something like that, how do you switch between them and how do you know which map you are in? Mine is a HR model

Mine took around 7ltrs when i took bumper off and drained. Is it possible you could have trapped or kinked a pipe when reconnecting bumber? There is a hose that connects the 2 reservoirs so poss that is trapped?

I have just recently bought some bucket seats. You definately need to sit in them first, do not buy without trying somewhere. I went to GSM for the sparco rev but i did not realise they were so small i had to clench my cheeks to get in (both sets) and i am 5,9 11stone. Ended up opting for buddy club which are only 5kg each and the large option which i think is the only size available in uk fits perfect. I was gonna purchase from GSM but i rung them 3 seperate days to order along with buddyclub rails and each time the guy said he would ring back but never did. So i lost patience and ordered direct from buddyclub uk website. Also as the guy at GSM pointed out and i realise from fitting, there arent that many bucket seats that will fit in a 350 due to interior dimensions. The ones i have which you can sort of make out from pic below have just millimetres clearence on bolsters to door handles and about 10mm clearence at shoulders to door cards. They are 585mm at shoulders. The sparco evo you are interested in if its the evo 1 are 600mm at shoulders so that would be sbout maximum to fit in a 350. Any wider and you will have issues. Hope this helps

Pair of OEM cats for sale which came off my 08 HR at 65k miles when i upgraded to cobra system. I would guess average condition for age, there are a couple of bolts sheared in the flanges from when they were removed. Collection only from Pontefract, West Yorkshire due to size and weight. £80
