  1. I was soo gutted I couldn't go down - had the tickets sorted but then last minute couldnt make it down! Pictures look really good - anyone see the purple and green 917?
  2. This build thread is soo addictive - been sat here throughout the course of the day trying to get through it. I was abit unsure of the colour at first but the more I see it the more it grows on me. Quality of the paintwork looks good too! Ohh and those wings are lush!
  3. This is stunning - Cracking colour! Bet you can't wait to pick it up? I know there's endless threads on here somewhere about imports etc etc but buying through the GTR - am I right in thinking you pay them the cost of the car and they sort the rest out? I love my 350z but would love an R33/R34 in the forseeable future!
  4. not at all! Perfect! Roll on Boxing Day!
  5. Three months on from buying my Tree Fiddy and I still giggle like a school girl when I start her up!
  6. Sam - you've read my mind.... This is the best modified 350z I've seen to date.... Simon - I'm in love with the rear bumper and the quad exhausts.... How did this come about? Seriously considering something similar for my gunmetal grey Three Fiddy. The wheels look awesome too! The rear bumper is the OEM bumper that has been cut into pieces, and mouilded back together with the buttom end of an R35 GTR bumper, what was also hacked into pieces and put back together.. very custom job but it turned out amazing i must say. The rear exhaust is then also custom build since the tips sits much further appart then stock. So its can be done but its defently not the easiest job i've found Appriciate the kind words! Car is getting shot for a car magazine the coming week so i hope to be able to post some new very nice high quality pictures for the next month or soe! Oh wow, was it easy getting them moulded together? I'd love to try and do that - only thing is I have no idea where to get an R35 GTR Bumper! Get the pics of the shoot up once its done!

  8. why is it daddys car? Usually being a bellend in an expensive motor is rich kids and being a bellend in a shed is not rich kids. Like all generalisations there are exceptions Brilliant explanation hahaha

Looks good, how does it compare to the zed? Very good condition - what kind of money we talking?
  10. As the title says, was coming up to Kingston Bridge from Teddington yesterday after work and saw a gunmetal grey 350z go across the roundabout then over the bridge. Very tidy example from what I saw - anyone on here?
  11. Welcome to the forum! I've recently bought my zed and haven't stopped grinning since.
  12. I work for Classic & Sports Car! The perks are pretty decent - Part of my job is going to car shows and events - could be worse.
  13. Added you all - RezzyRozay! mostly car pics - The zed uploads will start soon... Cheers
  14. Whilst cruising I try to stick to about 2,500 rpm. Sometimes I'll try and put it in a highish gear but prefer to have it at where I think is a good balance of economy and power (If this even exists with a zed).
  15. No, but I'll drop some here next time I move the car. It's an interesting job changing them. having to get the front of the car up, wheels off, inner arch linings out (with bolts rust-welded in place) and then a challenging reach to the power line plugs. As a first timer it took me nearly two hours! I am not sure about the stock side lights but the CREE LED's are polarity dependent, though they don't blow if they're the wrong way around. How do find your Japspeed system? I was pleased with the slight power gain and general feel of easy breathing, but a but let down with the change in exhaust note. I knew that a system without resonators would be different but it was enlghtening to hear just how much of an effort Nissan had gone to to achieve that sound. The thing is, I bought mine with the Japspeed on and to me it sounds good - at low speeds its not toooo loud neither at high speeds if you're just cruising - but when I throttle it the exhaust note kicks in - how was the standard exhaust sound you had before?
  16. How weird is this - I wasn't sure if it was just me but I seem to be getting this same noise - it sounds like the exhaust or something around the exhaust and only happens when I'm in first or second accelerating / decelerating. I have a Japspeed, will try and get underneath and wiggle bits around and see where its coming from!
  17. Is that a pricey job? Did you have any signs before hand or was it a shock to the system?
  18. Welcome to the forum - I think I'm running a Japspeed exhaust too! Have you got any pics of the Cree Led side lights? quite intrigued by this...
  19. Welcome to the forum, I'm from London/Surrey - Only recently joined the forum and its provided me with a wealth of info!
  20. Tragic loss of life, but at that age the majority of teens thinks they're a racing driving (until they end up in a ditch/wall/morgue). Must be hard for their parents to release that video though - hopefully it makes some sort of difference.
  21. Jonny - That car looks absolutely mental! I've spent the last hour reading the thread and absolutely gutted I cant make it to ace cafe tomorrow to see this beauty in the flesh . Have you got any vids of the car?
  22. Just read the whole thread and your build looks immense - at first I wasn't too keen on the purple with the black wheels - BUT THOSE GOLD Wheels..... :throb:
