  1. I did think the same thing when I saw the title change - thought the TVR was involved! Hope said cyclist makes a speedy recovery - just goes to show that first aid training does come in very handy.
  2. Those arches :scare: :scare: B) Love them - the whole car is a credit to you!
  3. Great news! The drive home must've been awesome and sounds like an absolute steal considering some of these are touching the £35k mark.
  4. Love the after shots of the polishing! Have you switched the wheels over? Also, I'm assuming that's a Nismo s tune exhaust? where/how did you come across that - bet it sounds stunning!
  5. I owned my original z for nearly 4 years outside of that the longest is 18 months Shortest ownership is about a week I thought I got bored quickly
  6. Absolute Beaut! Looks very clean and OEM (Minus wheels) You got much planned for this? I love the back end - those lights
  7. Looks very tidy - you must have soo much patience though! Seeing all those wires out like that sends a chill down my spine.
  8. Good luck! I imagine this time tomorrow - I'll be commenting on your 'Look what I've just gone and bought...' thread
  9. I must say - not seen a Tuscan in that colour before but it does look good! Only thing is - if you were to sell it, not everyone would fancy a purple Tuscan? or would they???
  10. Just spent the last hour reading this whole thread and jesus christ - that engine bay is lush! Looking forward to seeing the interior shots of the carbon bits you had done. The grey and red works very well.
  11. I love that colour zed! (I could be bias - mines the same )
  12. Welcome to the forum and like the guys have been saying above, mileage isn't as big as a factor as the condition and service history of the car. I bought mine in September last year and had seen a few lower mileage that weren't in great condition and 'part service history' decided against them and got mine which was slightly higher mileage but she still pulls like a train!
  13. I love the wheel colour! looks soo fresh and clean!
  14. He's brilliant mate. Yeah he sent me the one I ordered then I swapped the new one on and sent the old one off to him so I never had the car off the road. Took him about 3-4 weeks. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk Just found the website.... It wont be long before I get one - easy to fit and remove?
  15. Love that steering wheel!!! VEry tempted to go for something like that - did you send your own steering wheel to the chap who done it? what was the turn around time from sending it off to getting it back?
  16. Subscribed! Always had a spot for these - and I love a good restoration project! Looking forward to seeing the end result - have you got a completion date in mind or are you taking it as it comes?
  17. Hi Pritchard, I thought PistonHeads worked quite well for our breed of cars*? I always see a fair amount of zeds up on there. *I'm biased as I work for Classic & Sports Car / PistonHeads .
  18. Never seen this before - quality!
  19. Usually they bang on about storms for ages in the paper and on the news, when it comes around it's usually only a bin that's blown over. But with Katie, there wasn't too much warning (or maybe there was, and I just missed it?) but it was pretty bad down South. A mate of mine at work was flying back from Holiday yesterday - the plane attempted to land at Heathrow but due to the crosswinds had to be diverted to Manchester and then had to get National Express back down to London!
  20. Hey Guys, I'm aware I've missed out on the stand pass but will defo pop over and have a butchers at the cars on display! See you at Silverstone.
  21. I personally would go for OEM's everyday! Look very good - out of interest, is it a straight swap?

    B) B) B) A road version needs to happen!
  23. Welcome, looks really good - What year is it? 30k is relatively low mileage or am I wrong? Looks like a beaut!
  24. That's a good price to be fair! I picked up mine back in September last year for £5k, the guy wanted £5500. It's a 53 plate with GT pack on 92k - full service history - pretty good condition on the outside - bit of wear on the drivers seat and needs two new tyres in a few months but other than that its perfect. The only mod was an exhaust system which was perfect as I wanted a pretty standard one.
