  1. I worry that there is a very high likelihood of more and more over the next few weeks. Maybe I'm wrong, but I would imagine that something like this carries momentum as other twats see the 'success' and want in on the action. I see the van used was an hourly rental van. There's literally nothing to stop someone going down tonight, renting one and doing the same thing again, to have their name plastered all over the globe.
  2. As far as I know there is no such thing as shooting to neutralise in law enforcement - if a trigger is pulled, the aim is at the center of mass (chest) to minimise chance of missing. Aiming for legs would be nearly impossible, and there would be stray bullets flying down streets. Also at least one of them was wearing a fake bomb belt.
  3. ... And another. Hope no one here is affected.
  4. Anyone got a session planned for today? After a not remotely enjoyable leg session yesterday (just because it was legs...lol) I'm back to chest/tris - yay! I have a little bit of wrist pain which I hope won't affect my bench / OHP. We have a sauna / steam room / ice bath in our campus gym, which I've only used once so I might head in to that after.
  5. I was at a wedding last weekend. Tried on my trusty old suit and burst out laughing when I wasn't physically able to sit down or reach for anything. Glad to see I'm getting some gains objectively, but there are definitely some belly gains too . I see what you all mean about getting a shirt that fits your shoulders/arms and then looking like a bag of fabric everywhere else lol. Would you be tempted just to buy a nice shirt that fits up top, and get it tailored to bring it in tighter around the waist? I think it's quite cheap to do that.
  6. But what increased risk? I've owned a modified 350z before, as well as other fast cars. The only thing that has changed since my last one is I have more experience and more NCB, which should make it come down not go up! I totally agree, in fact I had a wee rant here about insurance a few weeks ago lol.
  7. The increase in insurance is due to the perceived increased risk. And also because its a niche market.
  8. If anyone's bringing cash... Bring a few people with you just in case lol.
  9. If you could all please change your banking passwords to "aardvark" that would make my cracking process much faster, many thanks.
  10. They are both true dual systems! Get one pipe of an Ark, and one pipe of a Gemini. Combine the two and have a truly unique system .
  11. Our numbers are forever growing!
  12. Currently running the same springs and all ok here!
  13. Must.. resist.. bumper... tuck...
  14. Wasn't aware of clearance issues with the Ark....anyone care to add? Hmm, haven't had that myself. As you can see in my photo below, it does sit quite low, but the low part is directly at the axle - so it will raise up when your wheels go over a speed bump. I've never had that part scrape.
  15. Ark Grip is the clear choice! How could you not love the look of this...
  16. Just thought some of you may be interested in this! Took these a few months back but only just got round to firing them up. And some pics: Bonnet Closed Bonnet Open
  17. Thank you Mr Strudul . Think I need to keep my head down as well rather than looking at the mirror.
  18. Could y'all take a look at this 90kg deadlift form? Previously struggled with issues such as hips rising early and knees scraping, but I've sorted that now. Starting with my hips higher allows me to have tension on my hamstrings/glutes before the bar is lifted. If I was to have one criticism about my form, it's that I'm bringing my hips down too low when setting the bar back down. That's just something I need to work on - maintaining tension during the last portion of the lift. I think I'm worried about hamstring tear or something by stretching them too much on the set down.
  19. Has anyone experienced use of these companies when they are not already members? I know there is an emergency call out fee, but I wonder how long you would need to go between breakdowns before you are saving money by just relying on the emergency call out.
  20. Think some of the mugs in ISIS got caught out with something similar. Some dollop posted a photo of himself with an AK in the middle of an ISIS compound (#justTerroristThings), giving away their position and allowing them to be wiped out. Trololol.
  21. 140mph! Jesus wept, I'd have a squeaky bum even going in a straight line at those speeds.
  22. Definitely get that checked out! It doesn't sound right at all.
  23. Yes the phone call aspect is another very annoying part of it all. Anyways, that's my little rant done haha.
  24. Totally understand this is an insurance-wide thing, and they all do it. However just because its normal doesn't mean it's right or sensible. I think it's beneficial to make grievances about things like this, rather than allowing companies to just normalise it. Instead of getting a very substantial amount of money from me, they've decided to try to fleece me out of a relatively small amount more and will ultimately get none, most likely. Strange system.
