  1. Looks like a copy of the individia pipe. I understand that Japspeed are known as being a very cheap brand and my users have confirmed issues with poor fitment on the 350. Personally i'd look for something a little better
  2. I get scared every time I see the insides of these engines! Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  3. If they were the same price (which they wont be), i'd be inclined to get the focus I think. Couldn't tell you why though
  4. In the real world, I can't see many people noticing any difference. The amount of times you here about people fitting air filters or an exhaust then stating how much the pick up has increased etc. having spent the cash they talk themselves into imagining a gain that in all honesty, probably doesn't exist
  5. A car that heavily modified is never going to be cheap easy ride
  6. Whoa! I first mention a UK recess. Where's my cut! Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  7. Does a mattress + nice hot exhaust being reversed into it create a firehazard? A friend of mine carries a picture in his wallet of the charred remains of his garage and shell of his Merc taken after it burned down minutes after he reversed into it
  8. I guess you risk some tramlining but thats mainly if you go big on the front too I thought? I have 275 on the rear and they spin up and go sideways pretty easily so 295's would be nice
  9. Much nicer looking than a WRX. No idea if its a much better car though. I'd love one!
  10. Could RT confirm a rough idea of cost to make one with a UK plate recess rather than us all sending them the same message. Might be a little easier and if the cost is good, it may increase the number of people who are interested Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  11. Looks like a good one. I stayed quiet but was hoping I would be able to sneak along. Sadly it wasn't to be but if there is another I'll get there. Who's is the night blue car? Dont see many of us about Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  12. It can be done, plastic welding etc is possible by someone who knows what they are doing. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  13. I had been looking out for a cheap UK rear bumper to cut the plate reccess out of and have added to the Cs bumper but can't find one cheap enough Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  14. I'd buy one if they had a UK number plate hole. I've seen one on youtube, but assume that may have been moddified by the owner to take the longer plate?
  15. Squee, I saw the pics on Facebook. V jealous! Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

    Traction

Could be nothing more that conditions. I span my rear wheels at around 60mph in 6th gear in a straight line doing down a hill. It was very wet and I was very close to a junction so there may diesel on the road. Car had MPSS all round.
  17. Mine does it too, bloody annoying it can be. I assume it was a fuelling/mapping issue, but others seem to be saying in the exhaust cam timing. I have heard that a re-map can make it a lot better
  18. I'm not sure I agree that he wont bother you again. All he currently knows is that you are someone who may forget to lock your car at night. With that in mind, will he return?
  19. Anyone done one? A few of us are thinking about Monte Carlo or bust this year, but due to budgets, a UK rally is preferable. Must be banger though, cars of around £300 or less. Does anyone know of anything in the UK?
  20. IT will sound far nicer than a stock exhaust and look nothing like one. The back box, I believe will have two separate muffers that kind of cross over each other, rather than one large backbox. Check google images to see the difference
  21. Handbrake is inboard though isn't it and not just the usual rear pads/discs? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  22. Chuck some metal polish on the hard to get to bits and use an old toothbrush to really get it into the small parts. It'll be a bit of a bugger to polish out where the paste has got into the small areas but another little clean brush should help with that.
  23. It's a Scottish thing! When I bought my car from Bems I remember it did the same when he pulled it out of the garage, yet its never done it since. In fact, you bought the gear knob from him that he had in the car before I bought it (which I've always been gutted about, but anyway) so I think it's pretty safe to say Bems is cursed!!!!
