  1. Beautiful work. Just fitted something very similar. Mine's (yep, pun intended) slightly more subtle than yours, I think I've just shared photos in this forum category.
  2. Forgot to mention the front lip, installed by Fully Loaded Cars: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FRONT-BUMPER-LIP-SPOILER-VALANCE-COMPATIBLE-WITH-NISSAN-350Z-350-FACELIFT/122409401972
  3. Hola amigos, I've been infected by the mod bug for two years, but after lots of introspective therapy I think I've... errr.... finished? Well, at least styling-wise I've finished. Next, I'm off to Horsham to fit a plenum spacer and remap the engine. THEN, I'll be finished... Unless I supercharge her, or fit a bonnet bulge... erm... you get the jist I like to keep mods tasteful. Interested to hear whether you agree. Mods are: - Linea Corse LC818 rims (19x11 rear, 19x9.5 front) - Eagle F1 A2 tyres (195/35 rear, 165/35 front) - Tein Street Basis Coilovers (no idea of current height, sorry) - DBA T2 rotor brakes front and rear (Brembo spec) - Ferodo DS2500 pads - K&N panel filter - Custom four pipe exhaust (resonator delete, cat-back) - New D2S Xenon bulbs 6000K (amazingly bright) Garages used: - Fully Loaded Cars, Tottenham (Marco and his team are seriously good - they did most of the work and fixed my A/C when an A/C specialist couldn't find the problem!) - Style Dynamics, West London (for a beautiful sounding and fully custom exhaust, with just-noticeable power gain) Mistakes I made along the way: - Tried to fit a Stillen splitter (didn't fit, very expensive, terrible for London speed bumps) - Seat Leon splitter (cheap and looks OK, but a bit ricer IMO) - Excessive lowering (created so much rear camber, £450 worth of tyres lasted only 1 year) - Bought 4x bulbs (only need two apparently) If any Z folk live near London N4, let me know if you're going to a meet. About time I joined one... R. P.S. I now have a Seat Leon splitter for sale, or for free... anyone want it, for a fiver or something!?
  4. I'm lightening my Z by getting rid of the spare wheel, replacing it for some tyre weld and a foot pump. Anybody want it? It's in great condition by the looks of things. £50. Local pickup from London N4.
  5. I've just upgraded my suspension to Tein Street Basis Coilovers, so I now have a spare set of OEM dampers from my 2004 Track Edition 350z. They felt like they were in good nick before I swapped them out, but I really can't tell having never ridden in another 350z with standard suspension. Anybody want them? I'm guessing £40 is a reasonable price. I may be wrong! Local pickup from London N4.
  6. P.S. The Tein coilovers I'm now on are a steal at £440 from Ewen @ Clark Motorsport. If you're looking for height adjustability only.
  7. Thanks! The coilovers are a slight improvement on the Tein S-Tech springs I was on before. And being able to adjust the ride height is a God send - I just had to raise it 5mm all round today as it was scraping on some of the steeper speed humps.
  8. Super proud to have completed the "look" part of my 350z project. It's meant to be a tastefully finished street car that can handle to speed humps of London. What's been done? - Tein Street Basis Z Coilovers (~20mm drop all round) - Linea Corse LC818 rims (19x11 rear, 19x9.5 front) - Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric 2 tyres (295x35 rear, 265x35 front) - Seat Leon Cupra front splitter - Custom cat-back exhaust with quad pipes What do you think?
  9. Hello, For sale are a full set of Tein S-Tech lowering springs in very good condition, taken from my 2004 350z. I fitted them 5,000 miles ago but decided to make the upgrade to coilovers (Tein Street Basis Z) last week. The springs offer a modest drop of -17mm at the front and -14mm at the back. Handling is massively improved, and the ride is much stiffer. A great entry level spring. I bought them from here: http://www.demon-twe...-17mm-rear-14mm I'm looking for £70. I can throw in some OEM dampers free of charge if you need any, too. I'm in London N4. Would rather not post them but happy for you to pick up, or I can drop off relatively locally.
  10. Hey guys, For sale is an unused pair of Tarmac Sportz side diffusers for a 350z. I think they fit any year's trim. I'm selling because London driving + lowered suspension + side diffusers simply doesn't work. Garage mechanics simply refused to fit them because they would have been ripped off on the first speed hump! Looking for £100. I'm in London N4. Would rather not post, but happy to drop off to somebody reasonably nearby. More info here: http://www.tarmacspo...50TSFRPSD_.aspx (I'm also currently selling a Stillen Splitter and some Tein S-Tech springs if you're interested. Check my other posts)
  11. Hey guys, I bought a Stillen Front Splitter for my 2004 350z. However, when I tried to fit it, I discovered that a previous owner had replaced the car's OEM bumper with the newer facelift one, so it didn't fit! I bought it new from Tarmac Sportz. So now it's back on the market, unused, but with the holes already drilled. I'm based in London, N4. Would prefer not to post it, but happy to drop it off to people if they're reasonably close (any excuse for a drive)! I'm asking for £180. More info: http://www.tarmacspo...-350zsplit.aspx
  12. Yep, looks like the weight of this kit doesn't quite justify it yet. An adequate battery looks to weigh in at about 250kg. A 100HP electric motor also weighs in at 250kg. Half a ton for an extra 100HP seems too much! However, a few years down the line and it might make sense...
