Ok, not sure we've ever sat down and thought if this is the right way to do things but.... We have completely separate bank accounts, savings accounts etc. Hubby's salary is probably double mine......I guess that's what you get for being a crazy scientist, it's not about the money but all about making the world a better place (so they tell me anyway). Still you never grow bored of making dry ice bombs and an office job would drive me nutz. Hubby pays the mortgage, holidays, household appliances and emergencies and I pay the bills, childcare, shopping....pretty much everything else. I'm quite good at magically making money appear from thin air for small treats, as most women can. And then for those extra special treats for example a 350z, Scooby WRX, Nirvana Spa day (currently working on a GTR track day at Brands for next year)..............well, hubby always seems to have spare cash and I know how to get my own way....so it's a win - win situation

It's about this time every year they release the people who can't drive onto the dark roads. These are the people who assume they will avoid all collisions by driving everywhere down the middle of the road at a maximum speed of 30 mph, with their car lights on full beam. They are pretty easy to spot, very difficult to overtake due to their road position and if you do get past them they maintain their full beam status. Also, any oncoming car causes them to respond with an immediate break/swerve reaction. Met several of these drivers tonight...,..wish I had grenade launches fitted to my car

Met Al350 in 1994......his room was much nicer than mine, so we got engaged. Got married in Las Vegas in 2001......can't rush these things I'm always amazed by couples celebrating 40 + years together Although I was rendered speechless the other day when someone told me they were celebrating 37 yrs of marriage only to find out that the couple in question had been living in separate houses for the past 7 years. Apparently the relationship works very well though, own space and all that. Anyone else live separately from their partner? And does it work better?

Was thinking about (possibly) getting some of these....can't decide if they look a bit naff or not. The red ones look pretty good against your black Zed Damiiian, but mine is Azure blue with matt black alloys and not sure if they would work.....probably have to go with black or maybe blue. Anyone else on here got them? Could you post some photo's?

Not sure I agree with this for the majority of FB users. I did the Ice bucket challenge and the worst thing about it for me wasn't the bucket of water but the video on FB lol Still I did it and donated to a charity that I perhaps wasn't as aware of as other more commercially marketed charities. I am doing a 26 mile run for a cancer charity next month and that won't be published on FB. I think in this case FB has been put to good use. P.S. I can put the you tube video up of Linus27 doing the ice bucket challenge if anyone fancies a laugh

This is the one thing that makes me sad sometimes when I'm driving my zed. On what seems to becoming a more frequent bases, I'm find myself in traffic (with what is usually, but not wanting to stereotype) a couple of guys in a white van in the lane next to me leaning out of their window learing and gesticulating at me. Clean? I was expecting some comment about the gangsta style tints lol Do you ever pass that gorgeous white GT-R around our way? The guy driving it looks way too smug (and rightly so)......might have to upgrade the zed a little sooner than planned

We went driving around Canada a few years back, remember them having road signs everywhere saying beware of Moose crossing the road.....never did see one Whales were awesome though and the traffic free straight roads Hope you had a great time
