  1. Ive used recleaned/oiled cone filters for years on my previous MAF'd motor *Nissan Almera GTi without issue. Warm soapy water in a bucket, dunk the filter and clean, shake well once happy all dirt is removed and allow filter to dry naturally - light mist of air filter oil/spray and reuse filter. At the very worst, a clean of the MAF sensor a few hundred miles later to keep the engine running sweat is all you'll need. David
  2. The cars themselves from what I gather can be hit or miss, so need to approach the purchase as you would with any other dealer. Their after sales I think can be poor so something to look out for again

Driving position and low scuttle panel R34 GTR brakes Aluminum hood The low end lb-ft from the BIG V6 When parked up after driving in the rain once the water spots have dried, you can actually see how the car's aero directs the air flow/rain mist neatly around the car - i think thats cool. The very lightweight RAYS 18's alloy wheels *why ever change? The fact that it has a carbon prop All the little Z detailing on the 350z and - - - designs everywhere Digital speedo option David

    Tyres on your zed

What I'm getting at is he might have "big" tyres for his car, but they'd be OEM for another car, therefore wearing weirdly for that model. My point is that I don't want part worns from some idiot, as it's literally the only thing holding me on the road. To each there own I guess. not seen any fwd cars with aftermarket 18' alloys wear 45 profile tyres. they going to be using 35's or 40's for that low profile look on a small hot hatch. you'll find 45' profile 18 tyres part worns are going to have come of a Jag, BMW, Benz or Audi more than likely. driven any better or worst than a fwd car, dunno really however if they look ok, hold pressure and wear seems even doubt you'll have any major issues. david
