  1. Well well well Really makes me want to do the same test against Turtlewax hybrid sealant.
  2. Cracking update, we need a proper build thread and and few under shorts of the custom exhaust. I'm very much a fan of custom exhaust as these can be made to spec exactly how the owner likes, visually and sound wise - plus in most cases with lifetime warranty.
  3. I've previously used Autoglym Interior Shampoo, Vinyl & Rubber care and Autobrite Pink Sheen, so interested to see how I get on with Auto Finesse Total. Seems a bit of a miracle product on Detailing World.
  4. Thread wake, good review for us 18' users....
  5. Nissan UK brought one in pre release to our work a while back, so had a good nose round.
  6. Looks on point, love corporate backdrops
  7. Another quarantine job dealt with so I can relax for a bit. Wife and daughters went out for the afternoon, so made a swift start on tidying up. Looked online at shelving for ideas and the thought of popping out to stand in a queue for ages didn't sit well. Remembered some off cut fencing we had, so thought why not. Still loads of kit to sort out, but that can be another day.
  8. To be fair I'm the same, I'm like a biker checking the forecast for the next day to see which vehicle il use tomorrow. If its forecast rain, the little beater stands in. Not that the 350z is an overly special car (it is to me) but knowing that it's road spray dirty, will mean setting aside a couple hours to put right some time soon. Where as had I not driven it, it would still be clean and I'd save myself a couple hours by forward planning. Its the OCD car life tale sadly and I know Lewis and a few others are the same.
  9. I would personally buy a new set, will transform the look and feel on road.
  10. Must be a decent tyre if the owner had them fitted to a Massa lol
  11. Learn something every day, do you need to ring it out and will it dry the car in one go?
  12. Said it moons ago, Autoglym and Turtlewax have R&D budget some enthusiast brands could only dream off. Could overnight choose to pump millions into a new product line, producing great items and in recent years it would appear this has took place. I've had Gtechniq products and while ok, definitely wouldn't buy again. You can't be a brand snob and be a Zed owner
  13. Tried it on the Sunny before the Zed and I'm chuffed with it so far, will be scrubbing out the Michelins ready for this the next time round. Some get on well with it, others don't in terms of durability. Again might be applying over a water based or silicon style dressing.
  14. I don't care how good a tyre is, i wouldn't be happy to stand back and see that design on my car.
  15. In sure do, get it on and get it off affair!!! Pretty much like any consumer wax or sealant I really don't believe there is a Best product. Alot of it is down to personal preference, or easy of purchase, style of application, product look once applied. Like I never got the whole 12 months sealant gig, I enjoy cleaning and protecting my car with a 4-6 months arguably better (subjective) warmer looking paste wax/sealant. Like tyre dressing, how often do we wash our cars?..... Hardly feels a hardship to then dress the tyres ever other wash to keep them topped up. Glass coatings, yeah go long. Wheel coatings, again yeah go long. The rest I enjoy attending too.
  16. Very even finish which I understand aids with longevity, just like any coating. Yeah I'd imagine that if you ran a clean mf over the sidewalls a while application, you would change the look of needed. I've gone for Meguiar's All Wheel Cleaner, which is a fallout remover too.
  17. Amazing work pal, that lovely new pedal needs scuffing up
  18. Not runny like a liquid, nor like a gel more like squeezable honey. Meguiar's i felt I needed to shake the bottle up more to help even out application, even though it was well shook.
