  1. Great to see you guys bring a zed back to life. Congrats Matt on having your beast reborn
  2. Looks great man, love a white zed
  3. Sounds like a good plan man! The single vent will look awesome and look forward to seeing the finished article
  4. Never mind mate, at least you know it's an easier fix than initially expected. I had a similar thing happen to me the other day (non-car related). My tenant called me at 10pm saying she's just got in and the boiler's not working. Now I've just a new one installed last month there so there should be no problem, but she said there were no lights or power going to it. Here I am thinking the worst and pulling my hair out after having spent just over a grand for the new boiler. So I went first thing in the morning, and lo and behold, the main power switch had been turned off! Thanks for the sleepless night thinking about all the possible scenarios Good luck getting the spacers fitted dude - put some pics up once they're done
  5. Hmm not too fond of the GT lip Gareth, I prefer the subtleness of the mines lip
  6. Brill, how come you can't get the key cut both sides? He did cut both sides but I don't think one side cut to the exact grooves as the original. Although it must be an extremely small discrepancy as I can't notice it with the naked eye, but just goes to show how sensitive the key barrel in the zed is. I got mine cut at the Timpson stand in Tesco, but may be worth trying to go to a specialist shop that just does that. So can't use the OEM Key Blade? Nope, the OEM key blade is different to the flip key blade. You'll know what I mean when you take apart both keys. Just don't lose the spring in the flip key when you take it apart and remember which way the spring sits

  8. Simple swap over mate. Bought these off eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321067673609 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281350182704 Them get the key cut at your local, I'd remove the key blades and give it to them, will be easier for them. Mind you they will warn you that it may not work but that's down to you. When he cut mine it looked fine, but like I mentioned the key only works when I put it in one way and not the other. But it's fine for me for now. It's easy to swap them over, just a bit fiddly but take your time
  9. An absolute bargain for the final selling price too at a mere £6,100. Nearly time for those Boxing Day sales to start... What. The. Hell! That's madness!
  10. Gotta have vents of some sort if you're getting a CS IMO. Bottom one looks good mate if you're not fond of the double vented look
  11. Such a simple and subtle mod but makes such a difference
  12. Looks like some great changes coming Cal. Personally I quite like the vents in the chargespeed. It makes it stand out from the others in my opinion
  13. Facelift tail lights definitely transform the look of your zed mate
  14. Thanks Cal I did see your for sale bits to see if I wanted anything, but rear bumper wise I've got my heart set on a chargespeed
  15. Good to see you yesterday mate - enjoy the car and the modding bug that comes with it
  16. Car's looking good matey FYI - if you get yourself a photobucket account you can post bigger pics on your thread
  17. Your front lip looks like it needs a re-spray there mate
  18. Unbelievable mate! Especially that part about chucking the parcel over the gate!
