  1. I sold mine for £325 but they were with budget tyres, 2 of which needed changing and mine were OEM silver in near mint condition. Hope this helps
  2. LOL!! I was asked the same question by my manager - I said I'm getting my car mapped - his response was "I thought you already have satnav?" AHAHAHA!!! PMSL
  3. Funnily enough the low price may be putting people off as "too good to be true" or "what's wrong with it?" WBAC seriously undervalue cars, and yours in the condition it's in is worth at least 3k more. I know if I saw a HR for that price and all others 9-10k I'd be questioning it...
  4. Hmm, interesting but depends on whereabouts in the Midlands as I'm in London. Will drop him an email
  5. Japex near Watford are highly regarded as well
  6. Sorry to hear this man, hope it gets sorted smoothly!
  7. The Rock Arnold Schwarzenegger Paul Walker Sylvester Stallone
  8. Haha don't remind mate, may do a DIY jobby in the summer. For now, the money is being spent on the uprev! I do mate, took it off to do the oil and filter change. Still using the OEM undertray, not needed to get a metal one yet!
  9. I've got the Greddy magnetic sump plug - it's bloody strong! Can be a bit tricky getting it back into the sump as it just wants to a stick to everything Other than that I just use a Mann oil filter. Never had a problem getting the filter off by hand - "Iron Grip"
  10. So another quick update. First up, more maintenance! 28/12/2016 Was time for her yearly service so changed the oil and oil filter - Shell Helix Ultra Professional 5W-30 and a Mann oil filter. Also as I have the HKS panel filters, they don't need replacing, so took them out and got the vacuum cleaner on them to get out any stuff that could have been stuck in there. 15/01/2017 As it had been 2 years since changing the brake fluid it was time to renew it. Ideally wanted to do it same time as the service but with it being between Christmas and New Years I had other things to do too. Also at the same I wanted to upgrade my brake lines to braided ones whilst at it. Kelvin (forum member here) lives round the corner from me so kindly came down to give me a hand doing it. I say gave me a hand - he pretty much did all of it Was good to see the process so helps me out for if I need to do it next time. Once that was done we changed the brake fluid too. I know a few people on here have complained about it being a tricky job, but we had no problems doing it. Hardly any air bubbles, kept the reservoir topped up and no spongy feeling. Took the car out for a quick drive afterwards and felt perfectly fine under braking. We went round 4 times and got through about 1.5L of brake fluid. Items used: HEL stainless steel braided brake lines (Carbon look) ATE Type 200 DOT4 brake fluid (1.5L approx) Easy bleed kit with a non-return valve Pics of the process On a final note... UPREV BOOKED FOR 17TH FEB 2017 WOOHOO!!!

  12. FINALLY SCOTT!!! Time to organise another zed meet I think!!
  13. Was parked outside the gym this afternoon when I left around 6ish. Had a stubby so hopefully it might be someone on here!
  14. Aww cute! You do realise your missus will want one now Took this one at NT Llanerchaeron. As I was crouching down to take the shot, a couple of turkeys were hurtling over thinking there was food on the go. I only spotted them just as they were about to lunge at the lens and knock me over! Nikkor 16-35 f4 at 19mm 1/250th @f4 100 iso Great pic mate! Like the dramatic effect of the clouds there! I've just had delivery of some cheap extension tubes (£16 off amazon) to give macro photography a try before splashing out on a proper macro lens. P.S. I'm probably the more broody one in the relationship, just love kids!
  15. Went to see my baby nephew this weekend - the cutie's only 9 weeks old! 50mm fixed, 1/80secs, f/1.4, ISO200 IMG_1143.jpg by Chirag Panchal, on Flickr
  16. Muscleworks does look good too, I've been to the one in Enfield a few times as my cousin trains there, but not the Stoke Newington one. Enfield has a MASSIVE legs area! I just find the atmosphere at Bodyworks really motivating - love that hardcore environment - just pushes you to train your @rse off!
  17. I just googled it and the place looks awesome! But the membership price reflects it too! I paid £265 for the whole year, and Ab-Salute is £360/year. Both gyms are same distance from me just in opposite directions. Have you been to Ab Salute? Does it get busy? I'm gonna stick with Bodyworks this year and see how I get on...
  18. There's no pollen filter in the 350z
  19. Before Xmas I weighed around 86kg...weighed myself this morning and I've dropped to 82.2kg somehow! I trained when I could over Xmas, managed to squeeze in 3 or 4 days, but just did moderate to keep the muscle memory and the joints moving. Still ate what I wanted, didn't hold back. Looks like my leptin levels must have spiked!
  20. Myself and Kelvin have taken 12pm & 2pm on 17th Feb! 1hr45min drive for us - but should be worth it!
  21. I've also started doing a 40min power walk in the morning with a rucksack loaded with 20kg worth of weights. Great start to the day, nice and cold to get that metabolism up and running!
  22. I'm travelling 8-9 miles to a new gym I've signed up to (Bodyworks in Tottenham). Well worth the journey though as the place is just a motivational haven! So much equipment that you never have to wait for a machine or looking for plates. Only grip is that there's so many dumbbells, that they're mis-matched and some in KG and some in LB. Oh...and it's 24hrs, men only, and has a kitchen with their chef prepping fresh meals for post workout munchies
