  2. I'm in Barkingside! Why don't we try to organise a Xmas meet somewhere local?
  3. Who are you with mate as my insurance is due next month?
  4. Where in Essex are you mate? I've got a HR and have a Cobra resonated fitted with a Stillen Y pipe and Berk HFCs. Happy to meet up for you to have a listen. Any excuse for a drive and to meet new zedders P.S. bought and had my Cobra fitted by Mitz ^^ I'm near Southend. Where is mitz based? I'm leaning towards resonated. I Think it should be loud enough í ½í¸€ I'm in Barkingside and can get to the A12/A127 pretty easily. Could meet at Gallows Corner one day? Mitz is based up in Leicester so might be a bit of a trek for you! Thanks dude! Miss our trip up to NC500
  5. I was impressed by it too! I was initially after a compact digital camera that I could take on holiday with me without having to carry a big bulky DSLR around. Asked my cousin for advice who's into his photography and he found me this within my budget of £300. Being mirrorless, it's the same size as a compact but with all the main advantages of a DSLR, and I have the option to interchange bigger and more powerful lenses if I want to. Biggest thing I was surprised with was being able to capture the Milky Way with the standard kit lens that came with it!
  6. Thanks mate, they were shot in RAW format in Manual mode but then edited in Lightroom Haven't tried creating HDR shots yet, my camera doesn't have exposure bracketing, and I'm trying to shoot everything in Manual so would need to take multiple shots and then merge them into HDR in Lightroom
  7. Thanks mate! It's amazing how much you can learn off YouTube! I went to Reykjavik with the Mrs for our mini-moon, spent 4 nights there and we booked a tour from here which included excursion to see the Northern Lights, visit the Golden Circle and some waterfalls, and the Blue Lagoon. Northern Lights is hit and miss, but hopefully if you're lucky enough you'll get to see them. I did some reading up on how to keep the right settings to capture them, and if you have one, definitely take a tripod! I've not downloaded any of the collections yet, but it's something I'll be looking into
  8. Looks good mate, I would shine a LED torch on your zed whilst waiting for the shutter. That should highlight your zed :thumb: good effort and nicely edited. Cheers man, the zed was actually brighter, but I faded it out on purpose so it doesn't look too obvious. Will have to spend some more time practicing though

  10. HOLY THREAD REVIVAL BATMAN!! :scare: Bought a Canon EOS M10 a few months back for my trip to Iceland in an attempt to get some shots of the Northern Lights. I was lucky enough to see them really clearly and got some good shots. Also managed to get the Milky Way in one of the shots without realising! Lens used was a kit lens which is 15-45mm f/3.5-f/6/5. Recently bought a lens mount adapter so I can borrow the bigger lenses off friends to expand my range of shots. Been watching videos on YouTube about Lightroom and starting to get the hang of it. 11. Got my first "proper" camera so been practicing some different shots and editing on Lightoom. Any helpful tips and constructive criticism welcome
  12. I use my zed as a weekend car and my polo as my daily. I don't think it costs that much more to run both, this way I get to really enjoy the zed on the weekends after thrashing around my polo during the week
  13. Cos he's Asian and we don't pay for stuff if we don't have to Nail -> Head -> Bang!
  14. I've already got stuff on the hard drive - and also I'd encounter this issue with anyone else I wanted to transfer files to if they were on Windows
  15. Thanks man, didn't know it was that cheap, will just buy it then!
  16. I'm looking for a free software to be able to use external hard drives between windows and my Macbook, without having to re-format them. Anyone recommend one?
  17. I'm on a mini diet for my honeymoon for dominican republic at the end of Jan. Cycling my carbs around my workouts, fasted 40min incline power walk every morning, followed by weights in the evenings. Tried battle ropes for the first time yesterday after a shoulders and arms session, and boy does it burn! 30sec on 30sec off for 6 sets, it's a killer!
  18. Happy birthday mate!! Hope you have a great one!
  19. If the brake lines were orange or gold then I would have taken them!
  20. Got mine from amazon, but it was a genuine Chargespeed. As above, RT do replica ones too
  21. Congrats Bhav! Hope it all goes well! Good choice on the family wagon too
