  1. Nice, Get some videos of it off and on under load!
  2. I've owned a 2006 rev up and now a HR, the HR is night and day better than my previous 350, the gearbox is smoother , its quiter both engine and road noise wise. It feels quicker throughout the rev range and feels just that little bit more special. Mines my weekend car so fuel and tax are not a concern but my daily drive is a 1.9 non turbo 14 year old Seat Ibiza diesel and the Mrs is a 10 year old 1.4 Ibiza petrol. I've had Ibiza cupra, sportrider, Leon cupra R and a newer FR and I've only ever had to service them and buy discs / pads so I'm a tad biased when you say they could go wrong because they probably have as much chance as a 350 does
  3. Slam on the ancors and block the road. This sort of thing happens to me all the time at right of way passes
  4. Few members in south Wales these days. Must be our roads
  5. Wow that must have been a pretty intense day to overheat that setup, intense for an experience day at least. I lost my brakes at 100 just before a tight right. Nearly sold the car after that . spent 1200 on floating discs, pads, lines and fluid Never doubted the car after that. Is there much difference between the t3 and t4?
  6. Always promoted Charlie everywhere I go. Hes fitted exhausts to my Leon Cupra R, my Ibiza Cupra and my Ibiza Sportrider TDI. All of them were excellent, they all sounded exactly as I wanted them too. The Ibizas one was slightly out fitting wise, I took it back, he adjusted it, cleaned it and fixed it all up for me. Used to live next door to his old garage and the cars I used to take photographs of, Perfection.
  7. Let me know when you want the wonga and what email address to send it to and its a done deal. I don't mind holding payment until your back at home.
  8. I'm not sure if this is standard for an '07 GT, but mine doesn't have a cubby; the sat nav just sits there (there's no door to it). I'd have to remove the satnav and make/buy a new cubby to fit there. That's a future project, I think. Ah! I don't have SatNAV in mine, They must not have had that option!
  9. I think the best place is to have them come up into the cubby maybe you could bin the standard aux and replace with a nice male to female cable that's short so that only a little bit pokes into the cubby. That way if your not using it its not too unsightly same for any USB cables etc
  10. Not at all. Handed in one resignation in my entire career at virgin media. Was glad to move to a better job but sad to leave the people. Next one I took voluntary, would of stayed but did it to help out others. Currently worked in this place for three years working ever hour thats sent my way. Its not the best job in the world and I work 13 hour days five days a week but it pays for my zed and that's what makes me happy. Can't imagine being that excited to hand your notice in, or threatening to punch your boss, must have had real issues to be that upset!
  11. Sounds like a great replacement should I ever need to consider it!
  12. If my budget was 6000 I'd be looking at a DE you won't find a HR for that money. You might find a 50,000+ DE Model though!
  13. You passed an Mot with those cats yet? 370 and 350 HR use the same cats right?
  14. Wheels, get that wider profile too for that extra grip
  15. Have you tried google maps? I'm super interested in this! Or Waze! I'm so exicted! I'm such a nerd!
  16. Yes, the GT1 are custom build coilovers so they can be made to order. There will be a little of lead time, but you would expect that from any high end hand build coilovers. Jerrick What sort of money do the GT1's go for?
  17. Any intention of a HR version?
  18. I like both, but if I take them as a whole 350z coupe and 350z roadster vs 370z coupe and 370z roadster I think the 370z has the edge. However I will likely never purchase a roadster so... 350z it is!
  19. Varies wildly as its not my daily, When I got my first Zed this time last year I clocked up 1000 miles in a month just enjoying the welsh roads. That varied between 300 and 500 a month for the next few months when its sunny. And when its winter it does one journey every other week to work and back so that's about 160 a month (Just to keep everything moving and not seizing)
  20. Cheers for that GM, The new Zeds fuel gauge seems to have a mind of its own! For those that are incompetent (Myself) has anyone ever had a dealer fix this and the sorts of costs you are looking at?
