Think it's a 65ml tube that Horsham Developments used when they did mine. Imo that & the gearbox oil change did make a difference to my 03. Originally I had found going from 5th gear to 6th gear a little difficult at times but after the change & Molyslip it's all sorted. Best result with Molyslip is from 1st to 2nd as this is a common problem with the DE Zed. Mine is still a little awkward but literally only for the first 10 seconds on cold start up. If it's warm though or recently driven it's not a problem. Much better than it used to be before the Molyslip.

You want the genuine gearbox oil from Nissan and the Molyslip. The latter is supposed to reduce whine/rumble/noise and coats all the moving parts reducing friction and making for smoother gear changes. Link: http://www.h-dev.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=25501

Not a Revup mattbrom by the looks of the rpm dial. Never mind though unless it was sold to you specifically as a Revup?!.

No idea whether the Ark is much louder than the Invidia tbh. Haven't heard the Ark in person. Maybe ask a mod called glrnet as he has the Ark and has more than likely heard a Zed with an Invidia as well. Hello there, this is my first post, been a member for a while, found the site very useful. Went for a drive today and thought exhaust was a bit louder than usual, had a look underneath and found this. So I'm now needing a new back box and middle section. Looking a keep the car standard, but cost wise is it worth going for a performance system? Are standard exhaust bits a dealer only thing and if motor factors sell them what kind of tips are available? Sorry to crash the thread. Guy. Welcome aboard Guy firstly. If you price up an exhaust middle section and back box from Nissan you will more than likely be looking at the same cost as an entry level upgrade stainless steel version if not more. You will though however be able to find used exhausts cheaper if you did want to keep it standard. I went for a stainless steel exhaust as I plan on keeping my Zed for as long as possible and it really makes no sense to pay for a standard system that will immediately start degrading the moment it's fitted. You can buy a stainless steel Cobra middle section and back box for around £350-£425 ~ less if you start searching the "for sale" section. Mitz from the Cougar Store who posted above is a great guy and will no doubt be able to sort you out with all the parts you need at a great price. Imo it's a no brainer and I'd get a stainless steel system.

Some lovely cars there. At first I thought the Koeneigsegg was going to do a "Cannonball" style start and smoke it's wheels past all the crowd.

I voted "polished plenum & gloss black battery/brake fluid covers". Although carbon fibre or dipped carbon fibre battery/brake fluid covers would also look very cool imo. Still looks awesome as it is though Ian.

Nice pictures and great to see some of the forum members cars altogether like that. Really wish it had been a closer meet that I could have attended. Oh and btw, love the rear spats but you should definitely invest in a Dremel. Would have cut those plastic lips off in no time and then you could have used a sanding barrel accessory to tidy it all up afterwards.
