  1. This is what you need. Just pop it under their wiper blades next time someone badly parks next to you.
  2. ^^ That's what I do in my work car park. Always try to park in an end spot next to the curb ensuring maximum space for anyone parking next to me. It's sad though that we have to be like this ~ I mean if I park next to someone, no matter how sh*t their car is I would never think of hitting it with my car even if I was driving an equally sh*t car. Some peoples lack of respect for other peoples property just boils my blood.

    He's talking sense.
  4. Imo just forget the chinese cr*p non make head units and buy a proper known brand, E.g: Pioneer, JVC etc etc.

Definitely worth entering, ...if it was me though I'd have turned the wheel in those pics. Still great shots though.
  6. That's bada**. Definitely what "Mad Max" would have driven if he'd had a Zed.
  7. No idea if that head unit will fit the facia you've bought as your other link, I assume with the facia in it, doesn't work. That Pioneer head unit though has been fitted in loads of different owners Zeds. Just one of them: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/68340-getting-sound-right-in-aftermarket-setups/
  8. Congrats and well done. Reading the certificate though and the trophy it clearly states; "Best Girl Owner" ~ so I don't think it had anything to do with your car, ..just that you where the best looking girl owner there.
  9. Feel your pain. At least your car looks the nicest one there.
  10. Cleaned mine an hour or two ago just before it got dark. Still so happy with the way it looks though dirty or clean.
  11. I've had some nice comments from people which is always welcome and some admiring glances as I'm driving. In fact got a thumbs up today from a guy driving a rather nice modded 2003 Audi S3. Prefer the attention from the ladies though, ...although my Mrs doesn't like that.
  12. ^^ I'd bet the other 6 are more likely to disagree with me about my product choices though than you on yours. Keep it up matey.
  13. Welcome Matt. The electric seat switch contacts could just need a good clean ~ other than that if it's broken then you may be able to source a second hand electric seat switch from a trader on here called Alex. This is his area; http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/137-zmanalex/ Here's a good "how to" if you do need to replace the switch unit; http://my350z.com/forum/body-interior-exterior-and-lighting-diy/527280-diy-power-seat-switch-replacement.html
  14. What you talking about, you've already paid me once in the form of snow foam. And I knew that was coming. I'm willing to learn either way though. Anything that makes my Zed look better is worth knowing about.
  15. I'm no expert but there are a few things I've used which are great imo. Especially for the noobs like us. Firstly pre wash ~ I always jet was the car first and then use a snow foam. Various choices for snow foam but Demon snow foam is a good cheap option. Have a look at my thread here for info on snow foam & guns; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/84321-what-a-difference-a-snow-foam-gun-can-make/ Wash ~ I always use the two bucket method. E.g. One bucket full of your warm water/shampoo and the other full of cold water to rinse of your mitt in between going over the paint work. That's another point. Make sure you get yourself a good woolen mitt for the paintwork. Do not use a sponge. This is the mitt I use; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Meguiars-Lambswool-Mitt-/181095507709?pt=UK_Car_Accessories_Car_Care_Cleaning&hash=item2a2a2226fd Shampoo I use; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Meguiars-Gold-Class-Shimmer-Gloss-Finish-Car-Wash-Cleaning-Shampoo-Conditioner-/320985220928?pt=UK_Car_Accessories_Car_Care_Cleaning&hash=item4abc35c740 Once you've finished washing the car you will need to dry it off to avoid water marks. For that you will need a good quality drying towel. I use a GTechniq one like this; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Gtechniq-MF2-Zero-Scratch-Microfibre-Drying-Towel-36x24-The-Safest-Way-to-Dry-/291086232298?pt=UK_Car_Accessories_Car_Care_Cleaning&hash=item43c6176aea As far as wax and paint treatments goes I have found the Meguairs 3 stage system to work great especially again for us novices. This is what I'm on about; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Meguiars-Deep-Crystal-3-Stage-Complete-Detailing-Kit-Clean-Polish-Protect-/291062436145?pt=UK_Car_Accessories_Car_Care_Cleaning&hash=item43c4ac5131 The Carnauba wax is great stuff but obviously there are millions of different waxes available and some people prefer others so I'm sure you'll get some other suggestions along soon. The man you really need to talk to on here imo is ilogikal1. Hopefully he'll be along soon as he's really up on his detailing products. Good luck.
  16. ^^ What they all said. Welcome aboard.
  17. Welcome aboard. Zed looks great and it's good that the previous owner already sorted one good mod for you, ...the exhaust.
  18. There couldn't have been far of 50 each day which was the limit for the drives Thanks Dave. So it was 49 Zeds and one Jag then.
  19. When I had my Invidia exhaust system and Berks HFC's fitted same thing. Just get an UpRev remap and all will be fine again plus it will run a lot better as it will be mapped for the mods you've added.
