  1. Yea upon a closer listen i think the wind noise is coming from the top of the window, so i think i need to do a window reset or new seals... though the seals look fine! Cheers!
  2. Well yea its def snapped, but it doesnt want to budge back into where it looks like it should go to... what would i even call this piece if i where to replace? ^^
  3. Yea its def sitting slightly out of place, but if i try to push it back, it wont budge at all so i dono, its always the little things on my car that drive me up the wall lol! Cheers
  4. Hey guys, was driving along windows up, and noticed some wind was getting in through the drivers side window, and pinpointed it to where the little speaker is? (Pic below) It seems out of place and cracked, thus not contacting the door seal fully. Well thats my unprofessional opinion! Put a little piece of sponge under the seal and hope it help fills the gap a little better, though fully waterproof, just a bit noisey on motorway ventures! So was just wondering if anyone has come across the same problems? Cheers as always, Matt.
  5. Looks Great btw, really wana get this done too... my only query is that my centre console from the cubby at my elbow right upto the gauges on the dash is textured plastic stuff? Was yours? If so how do they get the sleek smooth finish? Do they smooth it down or something? Cheers, Matt.
  6. Me too, spent quite a while trying to find one on the internets, convinced myself I was searching for everything it wasnt called lol.. heading down to Nissan tomoro morning, will see what they can do for me ... Cheers!
  7. Hey guys, the little plastic strap that holds the fuel cap to the car itself is broken on my Zed, nothing major, would just like to get it fixed. Was wondering if anyone knows if i can get a new plastic lanyard/whatever its actually called or do i have to get a whole new cap unit? Or anything else relevant? ^^ Cheers as always, Matt.
  8. Awesome, well done! (Looks mint)
  9. Cheers all for the help, my minds now at rest
  10. Dont worry ive arleady been scouting out your website This methinks. When I had a zorst fitted I'm sure they had to remove it. Ahh, so its really nothing super important? ^^ , Cheers for all the replys btw appreciate the help!
  11. Hey guys spent most of today cleaning, polishing, playing with it as it was my first day off since i got it! Finding all kinds of little secret compartments and stuff like that, you know just getting to know the new toy ... Unfortunatly I think i played with the electric seats a little too much as the seat back incline switch now doesnt work i can tilt her fowards but not back, so have to see about getting that fixed... its in an ok position ATM but i know myself, its like a big red button "DO NOT PRESS", its gona get pressed lol.... Also had a good look underneath as you do, a bit or surface rust on the exhaust brackets but from reading the fourm here that seems extremly normal. Also noticed 1 bit behind the read drivers side wheel, not sure what it is TBH so was hopeing some helpful people on here will tell me! lol. Heres a pic; And yes, 4 new Hankook tyres going on her this coming wed Also one last question, ive always loved cars, but this is my first car im taking real interest in well, because its just awesome, could anyone explain in simple terms the different exhaust systems? Resonated / Non-resonated, the different parts and names from the manifolds down? HFC? Anything there is to know as well as you guessed im extremly knew to the hobby and keen to learn from the best Sorry for the multi-question filled post lol hope y'all dont mine. Cheers, Matt!
  12. Yea drilled disc's where always something i had planned on putting on, just a bonus they happened to come with this baby
  13. So yea, she could do with a little clean but hey she just drove 40miles home in the wet, came with the 370z alloys which i love...
  14. Cheers for the welcome guys! It was a long wait until i picked her up today, and driving her home in rish hour traffic.. blehh.. but home safe and sound.. Superb to drive, just love it to bits already. Just in after spending a few hours playing about and poking around in every nook and cranny! Anyway here are the photos i promised, forgot to take interior pics, will do another time;
  15. Hey guys, going to pick my light silver (Cant remember the specific name of the colour!)on Thursday and can not wait. Upgrading from my beastly 1.2 Renault Clio Extreme too the '04 350... Been thinking about one for a very long time and finally have the funds to do so! Also insurance costs aren't too bad considering I'm only 21 which I'm chuffed to bits about.. will get plenty of photos up when I collect it. Only mark on it is on the bonnet near the front headlight, which i plan to get fixed but hey, joining the club atlast regards, Matt!
