  1. GLWTS ~ definitely a great piece of kit. Just came up for sale too late for me but I'd bet someone will have this bargain.
  2. If we could all tell what cars are going to become classics then we'd all be millionaires in the future. There is no way of telling ~ I mean look at all the people who probably sold or crushed there old Escort Mk1's or Escort Cosworths etc. You just never know.
  3. Some great pictures. Definitely inspirational.
  4. Welcome aboard. Another option if you don't like the cargo nets is a boot tidy. Link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Boot-Tidy-Storage-Organiser-NIS2-FREE-GIFT-/331220653867?pt=UK_Car_Parts_Vehicles_Automobila_ET&var=&hash=item4d1e4a172b
  5. We've been having just the weather at the moment for roadsters.
  6. I used Demon Tweeks for mine when I changed the steering wheel on my old Impreza. If you do get a new steering wheel I have to recommend this one ~ Momo Jet 320mm (in black with carbon fibre inserts). Link: http://caraudiosecurity.com/momo-jet-320mm-steering-wheel By far the best steering wheel I have ever held in my two hands. Without a doubt this is the wheel I'd get again if I changed mine.
  7. One car that definitely exceeded my expectations was my 2003 Honda Civic Type R (30th Anniversary Edition). Had 104K plus on the clock when I bought it and I added 15K on top of that over 3 years ~ never missed a beat. Started first time every time. Changed the oil & filter every year and only replaced one set of tyres. Most reliable car that I've ever owned & VTEC was great fun.
  8. ^^ Very nice and like the garage, ...can't even open one of my bl**dy doors hardly in my garage.
  9. Definitely the coolest thing I have seen made from paper. Puts my paper airplanes to shame.
  10. Don't you have bmw centre caps? I think it's valid if you don't know much about cars or they could be just taking the Michael. He does.
  11. Looks fantastic but the thread title is misleading. Was hoping for pictures of some gorgeous woman your dating but guess the Zed will have to do.
  12. If you can't hear the pump working and have checked the fuses then surely it is the pump that's gone. Has been covered on here many times before and there are lots of tips in threads if you search for them. Not hard to fit yourself if you wanted to either but as I said have a search and you'll find plenty of info. Try a PM to zmanalex or Clark Motorsport for the pump motor itself. Not expensive ~ think they're around £35 at a guess.
  13. Not for me but if you like it then why not.
  14. This sucks. Really just hoping for some good news about his recovery but it never seems to happen. Terrible for his children, wife and family having to go through all this as well.
  15. As most have said that bonnet looks fantastic and also looks like a great fit too from where I'm sitting.
  16. Cool thanks for the input. I actually put a link for a 2013mm belt but changed it now to the correct one that I was on about which is 2005mm. Correct link again; http://www.ebay.co.u...984.m1423.l2649 Works out at 78.94" so I'd imagine as you mentioned there should be enough adjustment for it anyway. Especially if you are using a 79" belt but this size thing is still confusing as mouthwash mentioned there are variations that different people are running. Plus the part number for your belt comes out at 79.46" and not 79". Going to wait till I get things in my hand before ordering anything and then just minus 0.5" off to see what it gives me. So I might have to do as suggested by Vlad and just buy a few different belts.
  17. Welcome and good luck with the Zed hunt.
  18. Happy Birthday. Really could have done with some pictures of the Zed though to make this thread complete.
  19. Nice. Plus one for hoping she got paid.
