  1. Nahh, ..perfect for what most of them get used for which is dropping the kids off to school. No wait, actually that's Range Rovers.
  2. Would maybe look better with chunkier wheels, nice looking truck apart from that though Definitely.... Or possibly like this...
  3. I saw a guy the other week whilst I was walking the dog washing his 2012 car (VW I think ) in the midday sun, ....then I spotted the sponge he was using on the bodywork that he'd just left on his driveway. Was thinking I should probably say something but then noticed he had picked up his hose with wheel brush cleaning attachment and proceeded to use it on the roof. There is know way I was even going to start telling him what he was doing wrong as I just didn't have all day.
  4. Yes true but generally people that legally own the car and have paid good money for it tend not to thrash it within an inch of it's life everyday or for hours at a time. Personally I would never buy a stolen/recovered car but if you would then that's your prerogative.
  5. Have a read of this; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/58175-oil-catch-can-tested-and-proven/
  6. Good point about stolen recovered, the car is likely to be undamaged, so no reason not to buy at all. Could have been ragged around, over revved and generally just abused though whilst in the hands of the thieves. My mate got his Nova GTE back years ago after it was stolen ~ the kids that had it had been driving around the same lanes trying to get the car to jump over humped back bridges. The car was shagged afterwards even though body work wise it looked fine.
  7. I had heard talk from grundy that he'd like a "Rocket Bunny" type kit for his 350Z so maybe that's his plan.
  8. Not sure but I thought it was only an MOT failure if the tyre's tread pattern was outside of the arch?!. Hence why so many people get away with running a stanced look with massive stretched tyres etc.
  9. Really like the carbon fibre ~ very cool. Surprised though that you covered the aluminium kick plates with these as it might have been more sensible to swap with someone for the standard kick plates plus some cash your way. Either way though as long as you're happy.
  10. Fair enough, ...could of told her the grass would grow back though. Edit: Zed looks great btw.
  11. That second video, ...just wow what an incredible HR.
  12. ^^ How did you resist not trying to do doughnuts in that garden?!
  13. Before ~ from the Car Sales advert in fact. And after... It's primarily in the engine bay and other hidden areas where my Zeds made the biggest improvements though, ...oh and the interior.
  14. Welcome aboard Jonny. Just the weather we're having lately for roadsters.
  15. Glad you got them on finally grundy, ....so what did you do in the end to get it all to work?
  16. Cool but it looks like it may make driving at night a little bit more hazardous.
  17. Colour goes well with the Azure of your Zed. I'd definitely get a set of locking wheel nuts just to be safe, especially with your alloys looking so nice now.
  18. Looking good and fair play to you for doing all this in the heat of today ~ tbh I can't stand this weather, just a little bit too hot for me.
  19. Welcome aboard and enjoy the Nismo when you get it. Gonna be a long 4 months.
  20. Alloys look great. Have you got any locking wheel nuts though? Might be a good idea if you haven't.
  21. Anymore problems ioneabee and just call this guy, ...he'll sort it out.
  22. Styling really is up to you as everyone has different tastes. Plenty of places to get a gear knob from; Demon Tweeks, eBay or some of the traders on here like Redline Styling for example; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/57178-genuine-nismo-polished-shift-knob-in-stock/ http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/57177-genuine-nismo-carbon-fiber-shift-knob-in-stock/
  23. No I haven't yet. Always just used the Kangar coils. Just had a look at them online & the coils I've seen do look like they'd fit my tank. I'll definitely look into it next time I'm down the E-cig shop as there stock is so impressive I'm pretty sure they stock everything.
