Well, this is embarrassing, despite my earlier musings I was really looking forward to this huge gathering of Zeds. Work, however has not gone well this week and I need to catch up so regretfully I'm going to have to withdraw. Hate having to do this but life gets in the way sometimes. What Bradders said Mrs glrnet has a 2011 macbook, El Capitan no issues after 2 or 3 months, just back it up first and again afterwards as Stu suggested. Think she went from Lion to El Capitan.

Wow!! Just checked out their website, despite the increased cost I can't imgaine how exciting this must be, some serious progress about to occur

Bit of a farce from what I've read so far, somone I know went and he said the the other guy wasn't even in the same league and was a bit of a mismatch, I don't know enough so only passing on what I've been told.
