  14. That is soooo true. From what I heard of the conversations you had with these people Ady they sound like (especially the Service Manager) a complete bunch of dullards. Don't take this the wrong way but your English is better than his, he was completely unable to converse in a professional and competent manner and she was spouting exactly what she had been told to spout. This lot are masquerading behind the Nissan banner and behaving like back street cowboys. I'll wager you'll never see anything in writing regarding the guys who has been "sacked" and if you press the matter the will continue to fob you off. makes my pee boil when people behave like this.
