Introducing Xtreme Clutch Australia for the Nissan 350Z VQ35DE engine. We became the UK distributor for the Xtreme brand in 2014 after testing many kits with excellent feedback from both road track and rally customers. This kit is designed for street use in mind, as with all Xtreme kits the pedal feel is designed to feel every bit as nice as the original however with the strength to be pushed on the track. The organic material in the friction disc allows for higher friction/heat absorption helping with higher power output engines. The springs are also designed for extra strength and smoothness in operation at the same time. The pressure plate is also strengthened allowing safely an increased torque of 407 ft-lb again for street use with light pedal effort required. We overcome the OEM Dual Mass Flywheel issues by converting to high grade lightweight chromoly allowing a better throttle response. Every possible fitting part necessary is included in the kit. New Tein springs are £156 if you don't have any joy with a used set. they drop it 14mm front 17mm rear and are a popular choice.

Good shout from Bradders regarding the flywheel, being dual mass its highly recommended this is changed at the same time. We keep the LUK OEM flywheel as well as lightweight single mass flywheels should you wish to move away from the DMF. We also keep the Exedy OEM kit and will match any like for like online quote that's in stock in the UK. Get in touch if I can help

The exact figure we can confirm is 407 ft-lb which is a conservative figure with a large safety margin which is much higher than other clutch manufacturers. We can also offer a paddle kit however if you are going much more power/torque we would recommend our twin plate range due to be released soon

Thanks Graham, yes unfortunately had a few issues with the courier and they said they could no longer insure them. Nissan did have a big price drop on them recently so a local dealer is the best shout for new if you're not near Alex for his one

As Alex says, theres a reason why they can sell their Exedy kits so cheaply. They are not the same as others are supplying

The DE is an easy one to go for either option but on the HR cars they DMF is stupidly expensive from Nissan. The concentric slave cylinder is the real problem on an HR though and fitting any uprated clutch kit to one without upgrading this will mean it fails very quickly.
