    I've seen it done on older engines and done a back to back emissions test and it made a big improvement in some cases. Best was a V8 Merc that had a patchy service history, I had the emissions print outs saved somewhere on the PC will try and dig them out.

    That's very cheap, looking at them its a lightweight flywheel but the clutch pressure plate will be a cheap copy of a standard one with a stage 1 spec friction plate. A proper branded setup costs from £650 upwards so you get what you pay for We sell several options and give full UK back up and support

    Theres no specific bed in procedure, the best idea is a few slow downs from say 60 to 30 with medium pressure then a few more from 70 to 20 with more pressure and then drive to let them cool. As long as you don't bring them to a halt when hot you'll be fine

    Regarding the clear JDM ones I have not been able to ever get these at sensible money they are very expensive once they are shipped to the UK.
