  1. Mine does it too, nothing wrong with it, it's something to do with the clutch bearing (or something like that) according to my mechanic. Mine's a tad louder since fitting a single mass flywheel but it's never affected how it operates, nothing to worry about
  2. About time for an update I think. Not much to report asthetically Plenum spacer, Berks and Invidia are all on, thanks to Wasso, Adrian and Chris for supplying those, plus the start of the engine bay bling, a polished bonnet catch from Mopedmark, great bit of kit Next will be a good service and most likely some shiny new discs
  3. I've got one of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/311003387991?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Great addition to the bay
  4. Here's my blinged bonnet catch, supplied and fitted by Mopedmark
  5. +1 to this, Mitz is a good bloke who knows his way around the Zed. I go out of my way to take mine to him
  6. She'll be fine, I drive mine up and down to Scotland regularly for work, 6 hours at least and she's a dream in the cruise
  7. Black '05 plate Zed Roadster drove a fair way through Birmingham town centre with me this afternoon. Anyone on here?
  8. Currently playing through the Bioshock series again
  9. 55 plate black Zed coupe parked outside the Tile Choice on Bromford Lane. Anyone on here?
  10. True! It could either be this mod or the previous owner swapped the air box for the '06 one
  11. Yep, it's the one with the bigger 'trumpety' bit rather than just a ring
  12. I've had an Invidia Gemini system on mine for a month or so now. Sounds great when you hit the gas but barely noticeable in the cruise. Teaming it with some Berk HFCs this weekend to open it up a bit.
  13. With regard to tyres, I've had Eagle F1s on my 350z for a while now and they're fantastic in the wet, dry and even the snow. I commute to Scotland for work and have never encountered a problem with dodgy road conditions using these tyres
  14. Not tried their HFCs but the general consensus seems to be avoid Japspeed stuff like the plague. Berks for the win
  15. I only ever use V-Power, mainly because I have a Shell loyalty card but also because supermarket fuels aren't to be trusted!
  16. Big congrats mate good luck with all the prep. Got my wedding coming up in October with the Zed standing by as wedding car
  17. Hi there. Late reply I know but I've just moved to B'ham myself and saw this. I take mine up the road to Mitz at Cougar Store in Leicester for service and MOT. Bit out of the way but he does a fantastic job and I've made the return trip several times From what I've learned from the guys on here it's best to steer well clear of Nissan for servicing, both for cost and quality of work. These won't be an issue with Cougar.
  18. I frequently drive up to Scotland and back from the West Mids and have never had a noise issue. It certainly seemed quieter after ditching the Bridgestones for a full set of Eagle F1s though
  19. Sorry bud, out of stock at the moment. Will let you know as soon as they're back in. Roger, cheers
