  1. Yup shes fine now.. better a mistake than a new clutch lol
  2. Sorry guys im such an idiot! Iv been adjusting the pedal wrong.. the rod is supposed to come out towards you not in, hence why when i adjusted it the biting point went higher, to the point where it was near the top of the clutch pedal travel and wasnt fully engaging hence slippage. She fine now but feels very oem rather than stage2 though as before it was rather bite or stall with it.
  3. Flywheel was resurfaced, the stage1 I had before I was fecking around alot with it. But this one i havent even wheelspun it once lol
  4. I ordered a Competition stage 2 clutch 1month ago via Clark Motorsport, did the whole bedding in procedure 500 miles then adjust after 750 miles etc. The mechanic that fitted it was the same one that fitted my exedy stage 1 which lasted a year bare in mind 13000 miles. Im sure iv only done about 3000miles and the clutch biting point is basically gone, clutch is slipping I havent even been on track or driven it hard yet?! Is there anything that iv not done? iv checked over the instructions and everything was done. for the first 3weeks biting point was fine if not a little juddery. which is supposed to go away after a while but instead of it going away my biting point is almost a brake level!? Iv read up on other forums having problem with this particular stage2 clutch, has anyone else had this problem or could shed some light on the situation? Thanks Saskhi

Yeah should be a good one as we have more people in south wales now..apparently well you were so close to my tail lights, you could hardly fail to find the corners ..................unless I turned quickly, and then you'd have needed flying lessons, 'cos there were some interesting drop offs........ I was drafting to save petrol lol

  16. Model: V35 Skyline 350GT 2005 rev up Mods: 5/16th plenum spacer, Mrev2 plenum, z-tube, hks panel filter, CC lightweight flywheel, AMS Lightweight Pulleys, Earthing kit, Shell v-power nitro+ Dyno: Dastek BHP: 276.5bhp fly, 239.5 whp Torque: 222.8 lbft Im kind of confused, it feels like im really down on power and torque, with standard spec saying I should be 298bhp and 256lbft of torque, does anyone that knows how to read this able to give me some advice? As car only has 30,000 on the clock i wouldnt have expected this much loss. Also all sorts of lights cut in when testing, my slip light and abs light came on. Could i be losing compression?

  22. That's were I was, did you not see my Z4? oh yeh there was a z4 there come to mention it! Did you not see my skyline? lol No mate, I dropped off and jumped in the courtesy car. I tend not to look about car dealerships anymore because I would end up buying something, lol. I wasnt there for long about an hour or so.. I seen the car you were given, the booklet on it was quite an interesting read, theres an Awd version with a 3.5litre pushing 364ps with a v6 and electric motor combined, had some impressive figures too! That's what I had, not sure about AWD though! Heard , well read it said most of the time its 100percent power to the rear and only when it slips that it will put power to the front. But in saying that the rwd version is quicker by 0.1secs to 60 than the 4wd version
