  6. If i didnt get very near £11k for this i would return to std, imho.
  7. TT350 has one for sale, just needs finishing.
  8. Personally I reckon Tradelink would give you 10k for this all day long. So if your prepared to patient I think you could achieve at least 11k + privately based on what other charged zeds have sold for recently.
  9. I feel the world may be getting tired of politics and more so career politicians who dont deliver and in a way as with Brexit, its a mini revolution against them.
  10. The way I see it is that Trump is a very successful businessman. Therefore I don't think he is that dumb to burn America to the ground. He is just trying to get as much votes as possible from the Category 1 citizens. As Codel says, if you suddenly woke up with 50 million in the bank for example you would have to be a complete c**t not to make money, business acumen does not come into it imho. I am not sure I conform to the same thinking that has been placed at the feet of the brexit leave voters, that they are less educated, racists etc etc and all the other bulls*t that came out and now the american voters are being labelled as similar if they vote for Trump. Aimed at no one in particular some people need to get over themselves and their views on the opposing voter. Whilst you may not agree with Trumps view on America I do believe he is interested in his cpuntry unlike Tony Blair who was only intetested in his gain.
  11. Cheap from Nissan or ebay mate, about £25 each, doubt anyone will be selling a set.
  12. I felt much safer on my bike bizarrely, i think it was because i was hyper sensitive to other road users as you know if they do something stupid, its going to hurt.
  13. I am guessing the lips are polished, which is why its a pain to keep them looking their best. You do have a few options to make them maintenance free, would be a shame to get rid of such a great wheel just because of a polished lip. You could lacquer them as you say, but as Kyle says, overtime you will get the odd white worm where water gets in, but i would say, they would last a good 2 or 3 years before you need to do them again, well worth it to keep some epic rims rather than something "practical" that everyone has. Another option is to get them split and lips polished and then clear anodised, this will protect them for ages and are then a simple wash down as any other wheel, maybe a light rub with some metal polish at the start of a season.
  14. You could save about a kilo if you were inclined with some wheels coming in at low to mid 7kg's, which is a fair bit when it comes to unsprung weight, but in terms of description I would say Rays can be described/classed as light. Just a pity the widths are a bit weak for track work imho.
  15. Waiting for the next batch of sizes for the Ar1, due 3 or 4th quarter apparently. The 888's on my vx are getting low so holding out for these, will keep you posted. Agree there are lots of light wheels about but its finding them, regas, te37's, racing sparco viper r's, bbs rg f1's, mazdaspeed ms01's , ssr type c and gt1's etc (as above )
  16. CRAAAAZY good tyres! I've also heard that the Nangkang NS2R is a terrific tyre for track too. Split the tyres on the set up i listed above between the two, both very good tyres, especially at the cost. Looking forward to the new Nankang AR1
  17. Do 17's fit over Brembos? Or you could just buy this set up ready to go http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/109007-ssr-integral-gt1-alloys/
  18. This might give you some help: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/79656-all-encompassing-wheel-size-offset-thread/
  19. Exactly my opinion... sure 19s look nicer, but I prefer speed! If your looking at Grids why not buy the real deal, my te37's, light and wider for decent tyres, pretty easy to get them done in bronze if thats your bag
  20. Whats your policy wording surrounding windscreen replacement, does it mention values, excess etc and where you must take it? If it doesnt you could take it up with the insurance ombudsman, if it does however mention totals you can claim and you specifically want nissan, I am afraid you will have to pay the additional costs.
  21. I guess if you want to go drifting it is as a lot of the work/parts are there. Bur from the outside looking in, £6k + for a car that needs a few bits sorting it does seem high. Good looking Zed though
  22. The interior has carbon replacement panels, centre consul, dash plates etc Will have a think about speakers, thanks for the tips
  23. I am not weight obsessed buddy, a couple of speakers isnt going to affect things, cant hear anything anyway with the supercharger whining away
  24. Yep, because they know how sh*t it will be to get to fit
