  1. Not sure where the op got 600hp from, its listed at 520 with normal fuel, so probably on the money for a forged supercharged, sure AndyJames and Keyser were around the same. Not sure where else could be bought with a true 520rwhp for 25k, but for a 350z, your going to have to love em to pay that Just had a quick scan on pistonheads: M5 or 6 Lots of tuned evos, skylines Supercharged Jags AMG Mercs
  2. Its advertised as a Nissan 350z "with" Nismo parts whats fraudulent or fake about that?
  3. Says the man with fake chargespeed and fake te37's, sorry i couldnt resist Not a Nismo version but may very well be a genuine nismo kit as said above looks like a tidy example to me
  4. I guess that time will come when its on its knees as a series and judging by peoples attitude on here and from devoted (not so now) F1 fans i know, i cant help but think its not that far away.
  5. The problem is whoever forms a coalition will be slaves to the big two, they may be able to push for a policy or two but thats it, look at the support the Lib Dems lost by forming that coalition, it was political suicide. I guess they may get a few votes back now as labour implode into the trade unions backsides and what of ukip, who is realistically going to vote for them now? The next election "could" be quite interesting, although there will still be moaning no matter who gets in, even if its 51% of the population.
  6. I supply into F1 (and WEC, and DTM) so have a little more insight than most, Im also lucky enough to regularly talk to people that do this for a living ............ but the biggest problems are obvious to me without expert input. The Mercs are all beating and unstoppable? Not if they arent in clean air .......... and this is the biggest change that has to be made, less reliance on Fancy Dan aero. Make it a single plane front wing and the same at the back and ban CFD and FEA research and presto-hey, cars can run effectively in dirty air and youve reduced each teams annual budget by about 30%. If more downforce is needed reintroduce ground effects that arent affected by turbulence. The cars need to be difficult to drive as well, less downforce will help this but why not go to 1000hp as well? Now that teams will actually be competing against each other without aero getting in the way you can remove the synthetic "tactical" element of tyres and just give them something that will work all race - this will also reduce costs. Finally, run it like an actual business and not some evil dwarf's plaything. The media rights are massive, so why arent more of them goin to the teams - see also prize and overall sponsorship money. Why should there be a net cost for places like Monza, Silverstone and Monaco money to run races, why should fans have to part with a weeks wages to see a race? These circuits and these fans are what keeps F1 alive, not Bernies ever increasing bank account. There are some other things Id like to see (low grip just outside of track limits to dissuade drivers from trying to gain unfair advantage, free TV coverage, less penalties) but simply sorting the aero and adding some power would make it a much better spectacle. Interesting, so if that is the answer, surely its easy to implement, so why dont they? I am guessing the manufacturers? Last year Ducati started adding winglets on their MotoGp bikes, they have gotten more elaborate this year and other manufacturers started following suit, however, they have been banned from the end of this year. The winglets are only said to keep the front end down and obviously are have nothing like the aero advantages that an F1 car achieves, bikes dont sit in a static position obviously. The main reason was purely to keep development costs down, so it does follow your points above.
  7. Its a bit different when you have a number of parties to vote for, its not as simple as one or the another and to be fair, look at the absolute carnage a winning 52% of voters for Brexit caused.
  8. I guess its very difficult to level the playing field, but it does always seem there is a stand out car, ferrari, redbull, brawn, merc. I hope it improves for the avid fans. I know you have to be into bikes to watch but the motogp has been spectacular this year, the last 9 races have had 9 different winners and at the start of season anyone of three were in with a shot of the title.
  9. What are the rule changes that might change the situation and to play devils advocate, isnt it all the rules and regs thats killing it in the first place?
  10. I believe Clarkson got condemned for saying the very same
  11. I was subscribed to this thread from a comment early on, i never frequent it but obviously get the alerts and have a quick read in the email notification. The words dull and boring, even fell asleep, get used quite a lot, i am curious as to why most keep watching? I am not having a pop, just curious.
  12. Yeah, given the number of Merc engines on the grid and only 1 person suffering repeated failures, something not right. Think you better add to the below list http://www.telegraph...ies-part-1.html
  13. Apart from 4 time world champ Vettel
  14. I doubt you would even notice 5mm to be honest, 10mm maybe but if they are that close I wouldnt bother.
  15. I am an addict, cigarettes, its just fortunate my addiction allows me to function normally, but knowing what being an addict is like, I thank my stars its not something far far worse.
  16. Its not unusual for aftermarket stuff to not marry up to oem sadly, only real option is to take up the offer from the bodyshop.

    NEW car!?

I havent looked for a while but you may get a freshly rebuild Rx7 for that (with 2 year warranty on the build), achingly gorgeous, awesome to drive with 50/50 weight distribution, 4 seats "ish". Again i havent looked for a while but guessing you may get a na Supra, r33 gts? Or sensible says R32 Golf (good shout Codel)
  18. So what justice do you give them, bang them up - not enough prisons, cut there hands off - they will still find a way to steal and inject, give them a hiding - wont make a difference to an addict. The above doesnt mean i dont agree with you by the way, but the ultimate goal is to stop them doing it again, so how do you get to that point with an addict?
  19. Sadly they are just feeding a habit, a very nasty habit and they probably havent had a clear thought for many years, let alone one that gives them some intelligence not to get caught. A friend works in the force, the stories he tells me are truly shocking, like a load of smack heads jacking up whilst their mate was dead on the sofa for three days, they would have continued for longer had it not been reported by a grass. Personally i just think, legalise the lot, tax it and make some money off them, we all pay for our vices, whether that be booze, fags or even petrol
  20. What have you done with Bob, how did you hack his account...............
  21. The only real advantage to 2 piece disc is weight reduction, no bad thing but its not going to stop you any quicker.
  22. Really like the new mx5, till it gets to the front and those lights.
