    Suggestions?!

You would be very lucky just to find just a mid pipe, most systems are sold y pipe or cat back, may have to be a custom job.
  2. For the third time in 12 months, the VIC test has/had absolutely nothing to do with road worthiness or to check the repairs, it is/was a Vehicle IDENTITY Check to make sure its not a ringer and is no longer in operation, any reason why you dont believe me?
  3. 9k for some fiberglass....I think I see the problem with the wide arch kit theme I dont even think genuine rb is close to that. Think the fortune kit for the rx7 was 12k though
  4. ^^^ the reality is, wide arch kits just arent popular, I have seen it with being a rx7 owner for 8 years and its no different here with 350z's, having said that, I like the rb kits, would I spend 23k on one, no, not even half I am afraid and I think thats the best one I have seen.
  5. So It sold on ebay, but didnt, the old owner decided to keep it but didnt and sold it for more than ebay.... Maybe the new owner will be joining up, be interesting to hear his plans
  6. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/350z-rocket-bunny-/222350153474?hash=item33c51a1702:g:FrcAAOSwUsJYVssu This one?
  7. Do you mean the one that didnt actually sell and the owner decided to keep
  8. Your point has been answered, its not how much power you have, its putting it down, you can spin the wheels with 276hp, add another 100 + and imagine what the results are.
  9. If it were me, I would get some self levelling compound on, find some tiles for about 15sq m or less and a tiler, usually they charge 25 per sq metre and its done for years and years.
  10. Well they arent designed to have them, so of course they look out of place.
  11. They didnt, just more nanny state rubbish about pedestrian safety You sir have no taste
  12. What size are these? Only had my car a week but still trying to figure out what new fitment to go for, this looks like a nice flush fit! Have a look through here, a wealth of info: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/79656-all-encompassing-wheel-size-offset-thread/
  13. Have you tried the for sale section, its pretty good if you want to sell things http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/14-the-trading-post/
  14. The only way to find out is you both go down at road in a certain gear at a specific speed and see what revs your both pulling, maybe he has a different ratio diff.
  15. Its all about getting the power down, not how much you have He's gear ratio's so short though lol I have never heard the jdm models have different ratios, are you sure?
  16. Its all about getting the power down, not how much you have
  17. I have a similar one. I remember being told by someone back in the 1980's that Porche did a test of two Porches.. both were tested and found even. Then one was ragged most of its life, the other was treated to pampering and barely left the garage. After a while they re tested them back to back. The ragged one was stronger. Now that was a cheery anecdotal tale of two Porches, clouded by distant memory, recanted by some beer assisted bloke (me) off the internet Might be true I can believe this, I bought a zx9r that was a fast bikes magazine demo bike, it wasnt even run in, spanked from the moment it was first started, by all accounts they dyno tested a few bikes that were released that year when doing a group test later in the year, the zx made more power than the others and more than the manufacturer claimed hp where the others were all a fair bit lower. How long it would last is a different story. The problem with "running in" people take it too literally, i.e dont go above 4k rpm for x, so they dont, in reality you should give it a few revs here and there, you just dont want prolonged high revs.

    RTEC

Unless they are considerably cheaper than off the shelf, invidia, miltek, cobra etc etc then there really is no point buddy.
  19. Spectacular A friend of mine had an original eddie lawson Z1000r
  20. I reckon he might be sorted 4 years on
  21. Gg is just the designation for their "track compound", they used to do an sg compound which was softer but not sure if the r888r are available in sg.
