Just thought it should be asked to clear up any confusion if a true coilover was what you wanted, the 350z handles perfectly fine with the inboard spring design so imho, if its not broke, dont fix it. The question is asked a fair bit and usually the first question is whats the budget, being your budget is into premium coilovers i wouldnt be looking past kw's, i have never heard a bad word said about them, do a general google kw search and have a read.
-
I suppose another question is, do you want a true coilover or happy to keep the inboard spring design.
-
The 350 has very ltd camber control, so even with 25mm drop you will probably need them. Kw are highly regarded.
-
You may need camber control arms depending on how low you go, I would say kw's if thats your budget.

8.3kg for a te37 in that size, have a set for sale if your interested op. Loving the Indy

Excuse the delay, there are a couple of guys on here who know what the wrap dude is like, so they know what I am up against ; )

Buy on condition, not miles, the vq engine is good for many miles if maintained well, I personally wouldnt discount average mile cars that may well be in better condition.

Its a lottery as has been discussed before, how long has the mould been kicking around/used, whats the quality control like, lay up, was it removed from the mould too quickly etc etc If i was you i would just be patient and wait for a 2nd original that will be as close to oem as you are ever likely to get
-
Maybe not at all mate, but lets consider to prep and paint an oem (remove/refit etc) would be circa £200, 3 x times that is excessive imho and something that should be made clear at the start, i had a mounting point that was an inch and half short from where it should mount, having to drill holes into the body itself where the original cs slides into the oem fixings, no mounting at all for the number plate light and boot release, literally having to tigerseal it in place, issues of the extra thickness from being a mould of a mould, i personally dont consider that good quality or certainly not the quality they are made out be, least of all rt's borderline rude attitude and late to the party info that they allow two days to fit and paint, if they know they allow two days to fit and paint, why not say on the adverts, simply because they know sales would drop.
-
Seems like i am trolling you today, lol, i am not. RT themselves allow 2 days to fit and paint a bumper (not something they tell you when you buy ), i am not sure that can be classed as parts that fit properly and that is speaking from experience of buying an RT chargespeed Not at all, I'm still just an enthusiastic newbie in this community, troll on!! Thanks for the heads up, I had up to now not heard anything negative about RT. 2 days to report a problem is both unreasonable AND illegal. I take it that the bumper didn't fit very well? It's interesting because a chargespeed rear and v1 front are high on my wishlist and I would have bought them from there. So when you order the bumper from RT they do not mention if they fit and paint they allow two days, i went on what seems to the majority feeling on here that RT make good replicas, well imho, if your allowing two days to fit and paint, 16 hours of work, that does not suggest good fitment to me, had i been aware at of this at the time of purchase i wouldnt havent proceeded and just bought an original Chargespeed and ended up paying the same cost all done. I did make reference of quality to RT and basically felt i was *****ng into the wind with derogatory comments questioning the calibre of my chosen bodyshop, described as a "crash repair centre" even they had no knowledge of who was actually carrying out the work (a guy who has built many a show car), the fact rt had not even handled or seen the bumper (it was made and sent directly from their manufacturer) all suggested they had no interest in the fact i was unhappy with my purchase. All this said, they are better than most, but i feel anyone purchasing looking for simple fit and paint with no more than a little lining up, skim of filler here and there will be dissatisfied, so long as you know what to expect, you will be pleased with the final result.
-
Not so sure you and rattle cans are a good combination

You have totally missed the point, the very reason the british government wont sign off on eu citizens rights in the UK is because at the moment the UE is not guaranteeing your rights in the EU as a British Citizen, they are totally representing you on this.
-
Some good advice there I just couldnt justify the huge figures being discussed here unless i was trying to build a full on time attack car or similar, where you will reap the benefits.
-
Some good points re being a safeguard, but this has come through the house of commons with little resistance from the other parties, its not like the Tories are forcing it through on their majority. Unlected or not i have to say i think TM has been pretty good with all of this However, it just seems like a massive performance, lets just get it done.

Scotland is part of the Uk, far longer the the Uk has been part of the Eu, you dont really want independence, you just dont want to be part of the Uk and dont want to adhere to the majority vote, I wonder how much you will have to give to be part of the eu when you have to apply to be a member, you think you got a bum deal from westminster and the majority vote, think scotland may have as much of a shock as you think we have got coming, that is if persuade your brothers to actually pluck up the courage next time around. Enjoy
-
Well, we're going to see about that. Uk independence, scottish independence, whats the difference, you dont want to be ruled by the majority of the uk voting public but happy to be ruled by the eu, I truly hope you get what you want
-
And countless low ball offers for CASH in capital letters
-
Mmm, fair enough, so you hand on heart believe Junker has the "teams" best interest at heart?
-
At that point, the whole eu is flawed imho, a special little member only club with its own interests at heart, not the individual member states.
-
But by all accounts it is Germany saying, we wont agree to anything, perhaps to the letter of the law as Ekona says. Here's the rub of it. The UK can and should say more than the EU can because it is acting as a singular entity. All this "Germany" talk loses sight of the bigger picture that there are 26 other member states who will have an effective veto on the terms of the final deal and in any future deals. That means that even if you got everyone in the UK to agree to bestest most amazingist deal in the whole wide world, it's not just 1 person or indeed one group of people at the EU who has to agree to it, it's the heads of the other 27 nations in the EU. Do you really want to **** any of them off by leaving the shadow of deportations hanging over them? Won't it be fun when we're stuck in legal limbo & can't sign any future trade deals because the Polish & Irish plebiscites keep rejecting the terms of Brexit. The chance to show initiative and assure folk that their desire insofar as possible is to give EU citizens the right to remain has long since passed. So why would ANY of the 27 member states not want to have good trade deals with the UK and why would ANY of those member states not want any of their countrymen & women already living here protected by way of saying UK citizens will be protected in tehir countries, but the "eu" as an entity, have openly said in so many words, it will not be an easy process, why, because its a political cluster f&ck!
-
^^^ Cant say i wouldnt agree with the above, regardless of the topic, very very archaic.
-
^^ Its definitely not that (car etc), its instinctual, where as like you say in a kart, its almost par for the course and what i expect, but i literally cannot get my head into it with a car, no matter what mind set, i have been out with the intention of being happy if it slides, but as soon as it does, i know i do the wrong thing and as mentioned it was the same on bikes

-
Ok, so lets put it another way, why is Germany not wanting to as said, just sit down for 5 mins and say, yep all good, so long as the uk dont kick out any eu citizens when they become independent, the eu wont kick out any ex pats?
