  4. I'm down the road from a Shell garage so have only used V-Power for my 4500 miles so far, although stuck in Newcastle last night in traffic I had to use BP and they had no super left, so had to put the cheapo stuff in. Not impressed.
  5. This thread has been useful to me too. I've got mine booked in with Lockwood and Greenwood as I'm feeling the steering very light and unstable, nice to be armed with a bit more knowledge before I head in there.
  6. I've been recommended to go see these guys from a few on here, nice to see such good service. Do they have a forum member to contact for a discount or do we just mention it when we contact them?

  15. 180 miles down to Swindon with no issues, she drove like a dream as always and roads were clear.
  16. Cambridge lad here who's defected to Yorkshire. Welcome to the Zed club
  17. I think there is a difference between attitude towards kiddy fiddlers and the BBC airing a program which was made 12 years ago included in a long run of repeats in which the character mimics someone implicated in a recent scandal.
  18. My meeting in South Wales was cancelled, but my trip to Swindon is still on. Just been outside to check the car and can't see my wheels (For snow, before anyone makes quips about living oop norf). Should be interesting getting out the carpark
  19. Try this - http://metafaq.nissa...oklet190605.pdf Excellent, just what I've been looking for. Thanks
  20. ^This. Do we now employ people to sit and watch EVERY episode of EVERY Children's type program made over the past 20 years to see if there is a slight reference in there which may now seem inappropriate?. I would rather my licence money be used elsewhere (Other other topic there!). I saw this on Sunday with my kids and certainly didn't choke on my cornflakes, It's embarrassing for the BBC, but nothing to get too worked up about imho
  21. Saw this yesterday. It's one of those situations where something filmed in early 2000 is put on repeat and pushed out, as many kids programs are. I wouldn't expect the BBC to sit down and watch every kids program in case they contain something which now would be deemed inappropriate. However, maybe there should be better descriptions on each episode and some form of checking before things are aired.
  22. Well, I finally for home from Belfast at around 1 am Friday night / Sat morning. But I'm doing 1000ish miles next week going to South Wales, Taunton (Via 2 stop offs in and around Swindon), Milton Keynes and then back to Halifax. Should be interesting....
  23. Would the fuel economy improvement be noticeable on a stock 2004 350z? I only ask as its my daily car and I'm doing a a fair few miles (2-3k per month). Ta.
