  1. It's just approximated from a BMW forum, so give or take. It'll be good to know for sure what they are but no matter these are a beautiful set of wheels that really suit the Z's !
  2. Google says: 23.5 lbs front 10.6kg (appx) 24.9 lbs rear 11.2kg (appx)
  3. Say's on the advert - 107k imho this isn't cheap, they were 7-8k for high mileage cars when I was looking but, that was a little while ago so perhaps the market is shifting ? (looking on PH it's still around that price) Nice car anyway ! GLWS
  4. More angles here: http://www.evo.co.uk/pictures/15148/ferrari-488-gtb-pictures#0
  5. I like the cover for it, included ?
  6. I love it. It's a BEAST ! Reminds me of a challenge/gt3 track car:
  7. Ah that's great, I thought perhaps it was but good to get confirmation. Cheers
  8. Do some reading/searching on these forums and the US ones (http://my350z.com/forum for example). I've even posted within the last week or 2 about this...(so do look) I've gone with Tein S springs (I don't want hassle with droplinks etc) for a mild drop, better ride quality etc and once they arrive, Bilstein B6 shocks (B8 shocks if you are going lower than Tein). Personally, I can't be bothered with coilovers at the moment.
  9. Use the search, loads and loads of threads (well there was last time I looked í ½í¸).
  10. Here, for the first time on the internet are a couple of photo's of my nuts. They aren't horrendously rounded but the torque required to undo them would have just utterly destroyed them if I carried on using the normal sockets. The grip tite sockets were really useful on some other ones as well, especially as they grip the nut/bolt when you don't want to drop them ! The impact wrench would have gotten them out first time but they are still super useful to have.
  11. Here is the little beasty just in case anyone else finds themselves staring at it wondering how to shift it: I could feel that there was a gap but I just angled myself a little better and could see that it wasn't held on by a grub screw, so it just took a little bit of moving along using a screwdriver.
  12. In terms of build quality, yes hopefully... but NOT in spring rate. They are all different, some are linear, some are progressive, some are mixed (like our Tein S). As I mentioned on the Clark Motorsport thread, very happy with the Tein's, far better than the stock ones in all areas just on OEM shocks.
  13. I picked this up on the weekend, £85: http://www.costco.co...s_8.5.10/900930 With my car on the Tein S springs, it manages to reach the rear jacking point (I use the diff stud thing) with a small leverage but works perfectly, the front is still tricky going head on but I didn't try from the side. For the front I use the little plastic ramps from Halfords to get it in the air a bit, then this gets underneath easily. And the lowering is extremely controllable and smooth, happy.
  14. Just thought I'd share my thoughts as I've just fitted these onto the stock shocks, prior to fitting bilstein b6's. Basically I wanted to feel what the difference is like incrementally. In my opinion, these should have been standard on the 350z. More compliant ride quality, and they seem to respond better to bumps, like they rebound quicker if that makes sense. I've not pushed them yet as I'll need an alignment, plus I think I need to tighten something up, as I can hear a vague rattle over bumpy surfaces. Anyway, great addition even just to stock suspension.
  15. Apologies for the rambling BUT my impact wrench is flipping brilliant, if you work on your car, get one. (£65). It helped out soooo much today when I did the suspension.
  16. It's cool, I'll post up a photo of it tomorrow (can't figure it out via the phone). Actually it was really easy, just used a big screwdriver to move it over a bit more. I was installing new rear ARB bushings but they are wider than stock, with their own bracket, it was just fouling the collar. All cool in the end. 😊
  17. The grip tite sockets worked perfectly, very very good! I'll pop some pics up of the nuts they undid.
  18. Just doing a few bit and pieces but I can't see how the collar on the stock arb is adjusted. I looks like it's there to prevent the arb sliding. I know I can chop it off but I guess that's not a good idea.
  19. You lot are rubbish 😠It's an M10 1.25
  20. Hey guys I need to replace the 4 14mm nuts that hold the rear ARB bracket in place, however I can't work out what size they are?
  21. Going to get one next month I think, my one has started wobbling a bit
  22. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/93077-super-powerpack-palm-size-jump-pack-that-start-v8/ That was the thing I mentioned.
  23. Got this as well: Arcan 2000kg HJ2000EU http://www.costco.co.uk/view/product/uk_catalog/cos_8,cos_8.5,cos_8.5.10/900930
