  1. Stay tuned - One month until mine goes on Market give or take Also it will be hard to find no marks on the interior... they used a horrible rubberised paint and it scratches very easily. The good part is you can remove them, sand them and give them a respray. Don't give them to Keyser though or they'll come back green.
  2. Can I ask the wallet damage? The job looks really good.
  3. JDMs have the nicest ass. May be missing a gear, but still produces smiles. Welcome to the forum
  4. Driving last night in 0 degrees with windows open... with heated seats on . Well worth getting the GT pack with the zed!
  5. It is mine. Knew I'd have to get it before you came along Mr Bucketexhaust Nothing like a good old Sunday impulse purchase!
  6. If you're looking for one sooner... unique little JDM will be going on the market in December... and it may even be in London No doubt you'll love the 350z! Still makes me smile.
  7. Always get it... Last night Angry man in a crappy mini was swearing at me with my colleague in the car in croydon. Some people are just muppets. I don't break limits on 20/30/40 mph roads ever, usually built up areas and people can take the risk if they want, but not me! Don't play up the stereotypes.
  8. £220 at the Nissan garage?!?!?!?!?! Those monsters quoted me £380! That was Nissan Ancaster Croydon.
  9. Don't rely on service history... Found out mine is 33k 06 plate, with full Nissan history once a year (sometimes twice) and they've told me they have not been changed, nor are they due to be scheduled to be changed. Car is at 35k now, but seems to run fine...
  10. A3 end to end... one of my favourite roads. Or Horsham another one of my favourites. Not sure A3 constitutes scenery and weekend trip... but it's fun
  11. I like it's fat little ass that likes to slip out of the trousers once in a while . I say once in a while... I mean every time it hits a spec of rain
  12. Mine arrived today... and the muppets have sent me the wrong one, despite contacting them MINUTES after ordering asking them to change it. By the looks of it, it is just a paint pen rather than Pen/Clear Coat combo. Looks like off to Nissan is the best bet...
  13. From what I've read... achieving good results using the above method isn't a quick process... you're looking at like a good 12 hours of labour, if you're wet sanding etc to get it perfectly blended. Going to do mine without sanding, then go from there.
  14. Indeed, I have different clusters in my rear one with a split red/white light... so makes sense now! Another mystery is solved. Here was me thinking it was a warp drive button
  15. Hah, and here was me thinking JDMs don't have fog lights! Many thanks, Rob
  16. I cannot find for the life of me, what this button does in the car. Couldn't find it covered in the owners manual. Is anyone able to shed light on what it's for? Part of me is saying alarm system...
  17. Inside Engine Bay, front left next to brake fluid box in the engine well.
  18. Let me know how you get on, be interesting to see the quality of job. I'm still waiting for my pen, but I'll hopefully do it next Saturday/Sunday as the primer needs 24 hours.
  19. 23 years old, no no claims bonus and I pay £800 with admiral. 06 plate JDM
  20. I personally would repeat the wash after clay barring... as you might get surface dirt hanging around after you've agitated it off with the clay.
  21. Chris (Keyser) helped me out... so I will give you the run down of the approach I'll be taking. 1. Fibreglass pen you should be able to get from Halfrauds in the Bodywork area 2. Rust treatment, again you could get from Halfrauds (called KURUST) 3. Primer was recommended to me - Was told I'd need an etch primer so I grabbed some from eBay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/280835296747?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649) 4. Touchup pen should have the paint/clearcoat, I might cut the pen open so I can just use a very fine paintbrush and get a better finish.
  22. I have the same issue... way I'm tackling it. 1. FIbreglass pen to remove rust 2. Rust treatment applied 3. New basecoat 4. Paint 5. Clearcoat Respray is the best long term (but more expensive) option...
  23. Hello AMT, I may have accidentally ordered a K51 touch up pen, if they don't change my order to my correct colour code... would you be interested in it? I read good things about them, so I grabbed mine from genicolor.com to give it a go. Won't know until it comes next week, but id do it for a couple of quid posted.
  24. I'm more wondering how any of the cars featured in those videos could reach 120MPH
