Time for another update to the journal, Mark at Abbey had a couple sets of Motordyne ART pipes doing nothing, so went down to see Mark and get a set of these badboys, i'd researched them to death during the week to see what all the fuss is about especially at £600! and couldnt find anything other than praise for them so i just had to get them Needless to say as soon as i picked them up, a mate and I went to work to get them fitted. Once on we went for a quick test drive and yep my very own set of ART pipes live up to the hype, definately pulls harder and sounds a bit more exotic as opposed that raw edge it had with the silenced decats and a fair bit quieter to, perfect really happy with these as a complete impulse buy Just for comparison until i get an outside one of the ART pipes next week Silenced decats, stock y pipe and Cobra Y pipe back Motordyne ART pipes, stock y pipe and Cobra y pipe back Sounds absolutely glorious Also managed to get a nice sunday afternoon clean in today as she was a bit grubby, washed using 2bm/wool mitt with Carlack 68 shampoo, dried using Megs speed detailer and wooly mammoth towel and then sealed using Zaino Z8, Exhaust tips and headlights polished with Megs metyl polish. B E A Utiful Will be purchasing an Invidia Gemini in the not to distant future to finally complete the quest for the perfect exhaust setup, and the last few things on the list for the ring trip will be purchased in the next couple months 4x Michelin Pilot Super Sports Front and rear EBC yellowstuff pads Silkolene Pro S 5w30 NGK or HKS spark plugs

Yep i would but it would be seriously modified in a subtle way though!

That's alot of choice, not sure which ones to go for if I do decide on getting them

Seeing all the pictures and reviews on the warping etc really makes me question wether these nuts are actually worth buying regardless of the brand!

What make nuts do you have wasso? Not many around that are 100+ I want gold ones but ideally locking ones which D1 don't do in looking just normal which makes we think little scrotes will just nick them

What's the art pipes mated to fella?

All the wiring mod does is increase volume of aftermarket systems then? Tbh it needs it Cakes or cash boys what your prefer lol

I need to come down and get you guys to do the stereo wiring mod on mine, does it bring the sub kick back aswell?

Just didn't look like any gaskets were in the box, that's cool I have some new Nissan ones I purchased that I didn't use when I bought the cobra

I think we'd beat Wales if we don't give away silly penalties and make basic errors

Do all the sections bolt up without gaskets? I plan on selling the cobra and silenced decats very soon and putting the motordyne art pipes and invidia on as my perfect setup

You'll soon realise when the bumper goes on that you really need the lights to satisfy your rear end craving

I'd get the carbon diffuser and leave the lights imo, get the facelift rear lights for a freshen up I reckon will look great

You think sound quieter than my decats mark? Must be able to swap them over and not worry about an uprev tune then? If so pm coming you way

They what have what I can only describe as sex toys on them lol, they are tuned to keep noise and rasp down I believe. Expensive though, the rasp sounds great with some systems
